Me and my girls went out for dinner to bone fish grill and couldn't find any that was good on the menu.. maybe we had an off hight but Carla our waitress was awesome! She made our night being nice, helpful and her energy was great to may us comfortable even when it was just not working in our dining mealtime experience. Thanks Carla you are awesome!?????
Excellent service & Great food. Had a really great time celebrating our friend's Birthday! The carrot lava cake was amazing!
Our server Brie had Max, a trainee, with her and both were so well versed in not only the menu, but answering questions, promptness of actions and answers, knowledge of social queues, the “I have a gluten intolerance” ask, it was easy to get to know them as hard working pros in the industry.
One of the things that I love about this restaurant is the constant way everything is prepared. Enjoyed Dinner and great drinks, but the best part was our wait staff Natilie, she was so professional and sunny disposition ! Will be back !
I had excellent service at the bar this evening. Bartenders were attentive, food came out at the perfect time. I love that the salads are not overdressed. I don't have to ask for dressing on the side here.
The manager could not figure out how to provide us with the price for an add on bowl of soup with our order. Instead of helping us by offering a discount or throwing in the bowl for free, they chose to argue with us, and therefore lose a customer. Congrats Bonefish! It cost you $1.20 to lose a customer, instead of helping us and keeping us coming back for more.
Bonefish has become a regular Happy Hour haunt of ours. On this visit, we got really lucky and had Paula as our server. Our cocktails and light dinner were very good and made even better by Paula's superior service.
Food….amazing. Service ….amazing. James the GM and our server Ronnie made our night out perfect. It’s been a while since I have gone to Bonefish but I will definitely be back… to this location…. And very soon!!!!
The food was delicious. But wish the capachino machine would work.
They always make the most delicious food. The jasmine rice was not fully cooked today but the Chilean Sea Bass off the chart. Grilled to perfection. My server was very helpful
