I have been coming here for years. However this last visit will be my last. I have never been so disrespected by a restaurant worker nor as a customer to any establishment. I ordered food this last Sunday and then later came in to pick it up with my 1 year old daughter. As soon as I paid, The cashier told me I could not wait near the front of the restaurant that I had to go to the back counter and wait for my food. At first I thought she was kidding because there was another customer standing right next to me who is waiting before I got there and she did not tell him to go to the back. So I stepped all the way OUT OF THE WAY. While I was holding two ice coffees in one hand and my child and the other, she again says it twice as loud that I need to go to the back of the restaurant because I'm in the way. Also, the customer after my, waited right where I was when she told me to move. At this point I was so frustrated because I didn't have anywhere to place my ice coffees. Needless to say I did not have a reaction because I was with my child. Thanks Kayla, I will never eat there again.
Ive been coming here for a long time. Sad to say this will be my last time. From the over price of a grilled cheese that i use to love, to the lack of bacon being spread out evenly through the sandwhich, to there being Litterally no cheese in the sandwhich. If i could post a pic, i would. Some bites were just bread no cheese or bacon. Yelp has Pictures to better describe
Owners were rude to my visiting family this Tuesday morning as we tried to eat breakfast inside their (nearly empty) restaurant.Because I have dietary restrictions, I ordered one of their takeout items that I am allowed to eat. Owners told me they do not allow their takeout food to be consumed inside their restaurant, and I was asked to leave. The other members of of my family were about to order from the dine-in menu, but the owners elevated their rudeness. The owners stated that Unless the whole group ordered from the dine-in menu, none of us was permitted on their premises.Bagels and a Whole Lot More gave us a whole lot of unnecessary grief. If you want your family to be treated with kindness and respect, I would consider eating elsewhere, as we did.Thank you.
I’m a regular at Bagels & A Whole Lot More for one reason and, one reason only. The food is very good (not great, not awesome, but very good for the area). Jeff took three years to invest in replacing a broken air-conditioner, and jokes that he will have to raise prices to pay for it (not funny). Have you ever been to a restaurant where a shrill of someones voice is yelling to insure the door is closed makes your dining experience unbearable? That’s BAWLM on any Saturday & Sunday (even sometimes during the week). If Jeff and Stacey Singer the owners, would continue to invest in their business instead of concerning themselves on how to cut corners they could serve more people, and their patrons would actually have more of a pleasant dining experience, and most importantly they will make more money, which should be the goal of any restaurant. The new fork and spoon dispenser hands out chincy plastic utensils, and really how hard is it to hand out a quality pre-wrapped plastic fork, knife and spoon when you deliver the food to the table ([email protected]), as well as keeping condiments, napkin holders with salt and pepper shakers on each of the tables? This makes it so your customers don’t have to wander around the restaurant to find them? That's the cutting corners, or just not caring enough that I’m speaking of.Suggestion: Close the store on a Monday in the middle of summer and relocate the cooking area where the grill is, and swap it with the current cash register area (2-3 day job: moving the hood is the hardest part). Then pop out 2 windows to the outside of the restaurant where one window is for ordering with a cash register, and the other is for pickup then just adjacent you could have your dine in ordering registers. This will keep your pickup order people outside notified of their order readiness with a mic, and a speaker outside, and the door won’t be open, plus pick up customers, and the indoor diner line customers won’t have to hover over diners, as they do now. Most importantly Kayla and Jeff screaming should just plain stop. I like the idea of a beverage station for all self serve beverages (by the corner where the napkins are), so your operating more efficiently, so as not to have to fill up beverages for customers (just hand out cups). These operational efficiencies will increase your business, and make it pay for itself with volume. Lastly if you do the window idea you could open just the window only area on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 10pm - 1pm and sell bagel sandwiches, and canned beverages only from the window to bar patrons of JD’s just sayin. — it’s worth a try!Check out the most successful deli in the next town over - Flakowitz of Boca Raton on 20th and Federal - their take out window does more business than the restaurant. Then go to Bagels With in Delray on Dixie & Linton they are worthy of emulating a successful deli restaurants (Bagels With recently sold for $ millions)Try to smile more!!Good luck!! I hope to edit my post and give you a higher star rating. Only time will tell
Incredible food and baked goods. Staff was great.
Food is horrible. The staff is beyond rude! Not interested is old bagels either… they are definitely not fresh. They seem to be bothered by their customers after they’ve paid. Definitely will not be going back. They seem to only be nice to you if you come in their looking like you have money and a shad lighter than them. Atmosphere has a negative vibe. Not a fan and will never be one! Don’t be fooled by the 5 stars reviews either…. all the negative reviews seem to be correct.
Best bagels in the neighborhood. My favorite was the flagel, flat bagel with everything spice. Visiting from new york felt like I was in Brooklyn ordering my usual bagel .
One of the most solid and consistent breakfast spots in Coral Springs! Their bagels, service and food is always on point! I tried the lox cream cheese today and it was amazing!!! They also usually have cucumber water on the side free of charge. If you have never been here and live close or in the area, your missing out BIG TIME!
We had a nova platter and 2 bagels. We drove from Pembroke Pines and it was worth it. We took 2 dozen bagels and bialys to go and 2 rye breads. We ❤️ the bagels and bialys, this was our second time there, it's worth the drive. The nova platter was excellent. We will be back.
The best best bagels and bialeys that we ever had and we have been 2 many here and alot of other states, including. New York and Chicago and the Nova was superb.
