I've always liked Arby's it's a little salty in the roast meat but I enjoyed the dip well I had their hamburger for the first time I asked for medium red because they tell you they give it your way so I asked for medium rare and I got well done they are new at it so I'll give them one more shot if they make up fine if they don't I'm going to handle them
Where do I begin, I had wait 10 minutes to order because I was waiting for "John" I know this because the other lady working called him 3-4 times to tell him he had customers. Then the shake machine is broken, I have been to this Arby's multiple times and everytime I go, some machine is broken. And then finally I go to get condiments and everyone single one of them is out from the ketchup to the spicy 3 pepper sauce. Plus behind the counter is noticablely a mess with buns and fries smashed into the floor. I will say it seemed like they were understaffed and that is not the staffs fault but your, and in turn I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for my food. Overall just a very low quality experience from Arby's.
Way too slow going through the drive thru. 3 cars in line and took about 20 minutes. Ridiculous.
Usually really good. I was craving Arby's tonight but after waiting 16 min in the long line the young lady came on the ordermychecks and said whatever you order it's going to be a 10 to 15 minute wait. I said okay will that be for my order to place it she said it would be 10 to 15 minutes to place an order that she's the only person making the food and taking orders. 10 a.m. a young man came on and I thought he was going to take my order but he said they're no longer taking orders in the Drive-Thru they're short-staffed and they will only be doing online orders and doordash. Because of my craving, I drove to the front and try to place an order on doordash and they remove the pickup option. So yea no. I was done. Get it together Arby's ??♀️
The girls were fantastic and Attending work great together. Love the girl with the blonde hair very Sweet. That was my first time there very clean . And I recommend this place very highly . ?
This is a pretty busy location in pines right by the mall. The drive-thru gets busy but they move it along pretty fast the food always comes out as you would expect. I have been visiting this location for quite a few years and have never had any issues. If you free time Arbys you should download the app.

Had the roast beef with cheddar. Great service. Nice helping of beef. Horsey sauce on the side with curly fries.
In the past 2 months this place has gone way down. I have been trying to get a milkshake and the machine has been broken. I thought tonight it should be fixed. My mistake. Walked in out of 3 employees no one wanted to bother to take our order. When one of them finally did, we were told machine still broken. We turned around and walked out.
