We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a number of nights (location is excellent, with the Miracle Mile just a few blocks away). We had breakfasts at the Two Sisters Restaurant in the hotel each day. Breakfasts were fresh and excellent. Portions are generous and good. Service wasn't so great on any of the days we were there (I think they are short staffed). But all in all this restaurant offers a very good breakfast. I'm sorry they weren't open for dinner while we were there.
Two brunches here, different food ordered second time, no complaints. Friendly service. I had egg dishes with trimmings each time.
Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are tastefully decorated and modern. Many attractions, from art and culture to food and drinking establishments, and all within walking distance. I will definitely be back.

Stayed for 2 nights for a short holiday. Hotel was clean but seemed very dated. They had a mask mandatory policy but they did not enforce it at all Breakfast options were limited and very pricey, considering the hotel. Room was a good size but again dated decor and shower was subpar. If the price was right, I'd consider going back in the future.
Hotel run down, filthy pool and restrooms in pool area, ants in room, rude parking garage staff, and very rude restaurant staff, who would not provide for gluten free accommodations. For the price charged I would have expected much better. Location in walking distance to many restaurants.
Parking is extra. I was glad to pay for it since it is indoors. Lots of places to walk to nearby. Room service was not available during my stay. The pool on the 5th floor looked nice. While I was there, I saw a couple of face masks littering the side walk near the main entrance. I thought that should have been dealt with. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Great breakfast. I ordered the egg white omelette with spinach and avocado. I was shocked to see they practically put an entire avocado on the omelette. Very tasty. Hash brown cake on the side was also very flavorful. Coffee was strong and hot. Staff was very attentive. We stay at this Hyatt often and appreciate the top quality service.
