Good product but terrible customer service. they treat employees like trash. I felt sorry for them! I saw it many times. I guess management doesn't CARE
My son who is a freshman complains every day about the dining hall. He says there are no healthy options and the food quality is bad. He tells me the days he eats in the dining hall, he ends up with diarrhea. This is absolutely ridiculous considering we are forced to buy a dining plan that he is now not using.
What a waste of money, especially since UM room and board is so high. My daughter likes meat but after being served raw chicken and biting into beef that had some hard gristle in it, she won’t eat any meat served at the dining hall.
The choices are very lacking and unappetizing in the cafeteria. But more importantly - my daughter was served raw chicken three weeks ago for dinner. Apparently she’s not the only one. It makes me think that the board of health needs to step in. This is the problem when the students living in dorms are locked into meal plans. There is no incentive for the food service company to keep customers happy or even safe from food borne illness.

Order at the counter and stand up to wait 20 minutes for them to start making your order. Great system to buy overpriced food
