Food was great. Our waiter sucked. He took forever to take our drink order. We ordered the appetizers and told him we wanted to get and eat our appetizers before the food arrived. So we waited 10-15 after we ordered the appetizers to order our meals. Low and behold the food and the appetizers show up at the same time.?The food tasted good but this guy needs to learn how to be available when refills are needed. The waiter was Johnny on the spot with the check. I could be a little more forgiving if the restaurant was busy. The restaurant had about 6 tables of customers and plenty of staff to do a better job.
I was pleased to find the cheesecake factory. I like to try new places but I didn't want to spend the time investigating, I just wanted food i was accustomed to. They have beautiful outdoor dining. The service was amazing and the food amazing.
The best cheesecake ever. Customer service was awesome I was helped by Elizabeth at the counter. I needed a to get a birthday cake for my daughter. She was very patient and helpful. Clean and great service.
Greg was our waiter and very nice. Food came relatively fast and was tasty. I would NOT get the "honey truffled chicken" again though. There wasn't enough honey on the chicken to taste and it was fried....other than that the potstickers were excellent and drinks were made to perfection!
We went in to this cheesecake factory during carnival. We were seated immediately as we walked in. We had a great waitress she intended to our needs. She even sang Happy Birthday to our birthday girl. The food was good, the cheeseburger spring rolls are very crunchy. But the other people are the tables had pastas and were very satisfied with their food. The only issue we encountered was the fact that there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. We have to stop at the bar on our way out of the bathroom to get napkins. This is not what I expect from cheesecake factory.
Food was ok, but room temperature at best. Service was absolutely terrible. After finally placing our drink order (2 cokes and 2 waters) we waited another 20 minutes to receive them. Would have been 1 star if the cheesecake wasn't good.
We just picked up our order and had the unpleasant surprise of opening the bbq ranch salad and it didn't have any cucumbers or avocados or the extra chicken we paid for. It is quite frustrating to pick up your food and get home and not be able to enjoy what you paid for. I understand that the food can arrive cold that the chicken is not crispy and even suddenly make a mistake with an instruction, but it is very different to pay expensively for a dish and it lacks 3 ingredients. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT.
Cheesecake Factory is a classic chain restaurant that has huge places at a semi expensive price.The other gimmick is that the menu is huge and pretty much encompasses all cuisine that you can think of.Now because all chains are different you might have a different experience at different location but the coral gables location is usually consistently good.On some occasions the food is bland with very little taste but in general the food is tasty.On a good day this place is a 5 for me but on bad days it’s 2-3 star place, because of that I will give it 4 stars.The best thing you can do is try it and see if you like this location.
I haven't been to cheese cake factory in about a decade but upon arriving here for take out cheese cake they had all these variety of cheese cake assortments on the right against the wall.Caramel pecan cheesecake. Oreo cheesecake. Hershey's cheesecake. Tuxedo cheesecake. Strawberry cheesecake. And so fourth.Was delicious cake and a prompt service.
We ate at this location on 12/2 when visiting Miami on vacation. We chose to sit outside and the entire ambiance of the outdoor seating was perfect. Our food came quick and was cooked fresh. Like all Cheesecake Factory locations they gave big portions of food and delicious cheesecake. Would definitely return to this location.
