Simply the best Mexican food I have had in Miami. The soft tortillas are absolutely delicious. Service was awesome. This is instantly a new favorite restaurant.
The fish ceviche was very chewy and the flavors were so so.

This is Talavera 2.0, gone is the Mexican ambiance as it has been remodeled to look more like a steakhouse, decor is okay yet miss the color and flavor of the original Talavera. Gone are freshly made chips and salsa, seriously? Still the best Guacamole yet they are served with Chicharrones, in our opinion not a good substitute for fresh made chips and we had to ask for Pícot de Gallo. Francisco was amazing, attentive and gave us an education on top shelf Tequila, weâll be back to try it however opted instead for beer and mojito. Enjoy!
Everything was pretty much amazing except for the old fashioned margarita⦠it was sour and disgusting. The food was good although I wish the shrimp in the shrimp tacos were grilled.
The food was amazing! The shrimp tacos were so fresh and delicious. They remodeled the restaurant and now itâs more modern. I love it. I forgot to mention THE MARGARITAS were outstanding!
The best was the service, they really understand what a Customer is. And the food espectacular. And after the renovation is beautiful. Definitely we will be back. Very real Mexican
I miss the lovely Mexican decor with the blue & white Talavera and the great paintings they had at the bar of Mexican celebrities. The margaritas were awesome and the food was great. Very dark and brown boring new decor
Great atmosphere, interesting menu with lots of options, wonderful service, indoor and outdoor seating, amazing margaritas and good portions.
