The parking lot is a nightmare, but once inside the staff are amazing. Over worked, under paid, like all service industry folks are, but they are kind, attentive and welcoming. Food is shake shack quality.

How is staff here be so unprofessional, hostile and rude to customers? It’s sad to see the poor attitude here displayed by the front staff and even a manager.Sure, the service industry is tough but you still have to treat people with respect and provide a decent experience to your customers.Going to SS is expensive for most and not every customer here is your enemy. Please address this issue and improve your customer experience.
One of the worst Shake Shake places from the point of service. A lot of stuff doing nothing. Very dirty tables, floors, everything. Hope you Hanna be better guys, because we love the burgers you have)
I dont even eat burgers but these are pretty darn good. People who say they like In N Out more than Shake Shack have no idea what they are talking about. another thing is that their cheese fries are amazing. Honestly any fries they have are amazing
Good Food! But horrible customer services , on 04/12/2022 i placed a order online (curbside) i wait in my car 30 min and nobody bring me my order, i decides to enter a pick up for my self, im try multiples time to ask about my order and guys in there ignore me, so…. For 5 second i feel a little bit discriminated because the whole staff is Afroamerican, and im a hispanic and white guy. I’ll never come back to this place.

Was surprised how fast the order was prepared and ready. Unfortunately, I was able to eat my burger so I can't comment on that. The place was clean ?.
spent 18 for a very small meal. nopeUPDATE: reply to manager.your hamburgers are 4oz!! and you don't use organic anything so please just admit you are greedy. if the money went to the employees getting paid a fair living wage that would be cool and I'd be behind it but we know that's not the case. so please tell me this is A5 wagyu beef in your tiny overpriced patties.
The only reason I give 1 star is due to customer service. The location lacks basic customer service they are all super rude and nevertheless LAZY! I dined in and when I asked for a refill to one of the girls I see standing doing nothing behind the counter she gives me an unpleasant stare as if I’m bothering her. She then proceeds to holler at someone else to do it instead and that individual didn’t bother paying attention to her so that’s when she decided to do it herself annoyed at the end. I noticed the employees sit and eat next to the pick up window. There’s a long line waiting outside of people at the window unattended and the employees are sitting down they don’t acknowledge customers outside they could care less!! They need better management for sure because these employees do as they please! Other than that the burgers were great I will try another location next time to have a better experience.
