Drink came late, waiter brought wrong salad, steak came while beginning our salad. Happened to everyone around us. Main waitress was fine. Dessert was good.
Decided to take our eldest daughter out to experience some Miami Spice. She enjoyed it. Service was prompt and friendly, food arrived quickly and perfectly cooked!
Friday Date Night.
Terrible service from Marcos. Maria, who has been our waitress before, came to help out and was amazing. Marcos was terrible. He left wine glasses on our table the entire time, main course was served and Maria (who was not assigned to our table) came to remove the wine glasses that were not being used and taking up space. We ran out of water twice and Maria came to fill them up while Marcos was nowhere to be found. I have always had a good experience and great service here, but this evening was terrible with Marcos as our waiter. To spend $1,000 on dinner for a group of 7 and not have excellent service is simply unacceptable!
The young lady that greeted and sat us was very nice and accommodating to our seating request. Bradly as our waiter was superb!! The table by the window was the best. I think we've found our permanent table and waiter at Ruth's Chris Coral Gables. Thank you!! Lily & James Welborn

Service was excellent- good food but the steak, crab cake and side dishes all much saltier than needed. The bread pudding was delicious; as was a pomegranate martini. Nice ambiance and I like that you donât feel rushed.
Long waits between the bread and the salad and the main course. A simple dinner for two took over two hours.
Had a wonderful time celebrating wedding anniversary! Staff went above and beyond. Greeted us with champagne and decorations on the table. Will forever be a loyal patron!
