Amazing Cuban Cuisine experience.In my opinion: the best Cuban food in Miami, yeah, I think is better than Versailles and La Carreta.FOOD QUALITY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Portions are insane.- I’ve tried so far:• Tres vacas fritas: shredded beef, pork and chicken with pickled white onions on top. It comes with 2 sides, I love moros and plantains.• Masitas de puerco: fried pork chops with pickled white onions on top. You can also pick 2 sides for it. Consider that pork is a fatty food. Very tasty.• Special Fried Rice in the pineapple: very tasty, fruity, sweet and savory. Nice combination of flavors.• Tostones rellenos mixtos: is a fried plantain with a protein on top. Generous portion, nice to share. Kind of messy when you eat it lol• Grilled octopus: charred flavor, it’s not chewy at all, they know how to cook it. In spite of is not their specialty, is very tasty.• Fried Calamari: average, I wouldn’t recommend it, isn’t something that you would miss from this place.• Crema de malanga: delicious.• Tacos: I would not recommend this either. You don’t come to this place for tacos. FYI the make them with flour tortillas.• Mariquitas: fun and delicious to share, ask for extra mojo.• Dessert: I haven’t tried them, yet.SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- I have been here many times and all the staff is kind, polite and very diligent.- I specially love Vanesa (the Peruvian server), Grechen (one of the managers) and many others that I don’t remember their names.AMBIANCE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Sometimes I’ve seen table cloth, and sometimes I haven’t. Without the table cloth the tables look old.- Music is nice, not super loud. You can hold a conversation without problem.BATHROOMS ⭐️⭐️⭐️- considering the massive volume of clients they have, they are clean, though it smells weird. Febreze Fresheners is a affordable and nice option for this type of bathrooms.PARKING ⭐️⭐️⭐️- it’s really hard to find parking I their parking lot.
Always love coming to Havana Harry’s! The food portions are amazing, the price is super worth it, and the service is fantastic! My friends and I had a server named Marcos and he did a great job attending to all our needs! Super great! 10/10 review!
This place was awesome! The TOP restaurant for me by far this year in my travels (And I travel a lot). The food was perfect, our group ordered a lot of different things to try and every single thing came out hot and delicious. The drinks and dessert were fantastic. Omg and our server Marcos, he was perfect! Great customer service and tentativeness to our table. He was so knowledgeable about the menu I will visit this spot every single time I am in Miami! I will recommend this spot to every single person I know traveling to Miami!
I admit I didn’t even try the food, but the restaurant needs to do something about the parking area, especially with the back road. Cars were going in both directions on the back road trying to find a spot. While we thought we FINALLY found a spot as we saw a lady going into her car, we waited. And waited. At the same time there was a black BMW honking his horn, and we had no idea why. What we didn’t realize was that the lady went to drop off some food, backed her car, and went back in. We didn’t see her AT ALL. Therefore the dude in the BMW was getting frustrated with us. But instead of having him tell us that she was inside the restaurant, he began yelling at us to leave, and and move, and we couldn’t move because we couldn’t leave. Anyway, once we left the restaurant’s parking area we decided to go home and eat at our local Cuban restaurant instead - in Broward County - where there’s plenty of parking, and no road rage drivers. Sorry, but you lost two customers. Won’t go back until you re-design your parking space, or at least close off the back road behind the restaurant - it’s a recipe for a lot of incidents related to road rage, and of course accidents.
Excellent food, service and price. Took two of our grandchildren down to Coral Gables and tried for first time Havana's Harry restaurant. We were seated right away for lunch. The waitress took care of our order and kept checking how was everything throughout the time we were there, Food was served well prepared and "abundant" to take two boxes home. I highly recommend Havana's Harry.
Really enjoyed our late afternoon meal there. The food (empanadas, ceviche, grilled octopus) was tasty and fresh, and servings were large. Special shout-out for the grilled octopus, which was cooked perfectly. I am not an expert but my Cuban friend ate there the night before we went and said the food had an authentic taste. That’s a good enough evaluation for me! I notice other reviews commenting on the service. My take is that the service was warm and friendly, with a pleasant personal touch, but not super fast. It all promoted a nice, relaxed atmosphere which I enjoyed. Prices were moderate, given the good quality and quantity of the food. You should go!
Horrible service. You have waiters standing around talking to each other debating who is going to serve you.
This was one of the best meals we had all week! Fabulous fresh bread and butter. Salads were delicious. The club was literally one of the best I've ever had, with thin sliced ham and turkey. The pulled pork sandwhich was huge and cooked perfectly. The quesadillas were so large and fabulous. The seafood fried rice was so good. The wait staff were attentive and responsive and very friendly. Nice wine selection. We didn't order desserts but they looked amazing. Portions were generous and good was cooked perfectly. Not a single thing I could do better. Definitely recommend and wish we had one of these at home!
My wife and I have visited there in the past......But this year it wasn't very good at all. We both ordered palomilla (hers was ordered medium,,mine medium rare) both came well done...I sent mine back. It was medium rare, but hers and mind were so tough we asked for sharper knives.The palomilla were extremely thin with cartilage veins in them...Absolutely terrible,, The last time we went was pre-COVID .....But, I DO MEAN "BUT" there is no excuse for such a serving.....And yes, the maduros were good so was the congris ......But something definitely was amiss,,,,I guess we will "scratch off" another restaurant......Very sad
Recommended by multiple people and it did not disappoint. We had tacos, rice and seafood all was excellent. Also the portions are huge so unless you're starving find a friend to share with.
