This location NEVER disappoints, delicious burgers and fries, I have come to this location over 10x and on Wednesday night at 9pm, I can tell this crew works really hard to deliver great quality.
I love the burgers here. They are everything that Dave Thomas’s outfit used to be. I don’t eat fries much these days, but those little morsels at Five Guys are hard to resist.
Their attention to orders on Uber is non existence. Called before the Uber driver got there to confirm a 136 dollar order and make sure everything was packaged and all the burgers were there...only to receive 4 burgers. I called and talked to a lady (maybe the supervisor) she didn't even apologized said she didn't pack the order, told me to drive over so I can pick it up. Horrible way to tell somebody who just spent good money on your store. The whole reason why we Ubered was because we didn't have transportation at the moment. This the second time this has happened. I don't see myself ordering anything from here anymore.
I always ask for burgers well done, even though they state we always cook them thru, I've been to many 5 guys and it never happens unless I make a point to say I do not want to see any dark pink in the middle of my burger.
The service was good. It took a little long, but it was OK. Burguers were totally overcooked. They tasted more like the ones from the clown than about $15 per meal that we paid. Don't expect to be back any time soon.

I went in July and I wish everyone in this establishment could be like Maya! I was having a bad time with one cashier but she came and took over and from then on things went much smoother. Five stars! I wish my daughter worked liek her but my daughter is lazy and I hate her
Poorly packed to go order with grease soaking through the paper bag. The fries were very greasy. Overall, an underwhelming experience
10/10 definitely recommendIt was my first time at five guys. The lady at the register was amazing with helping us order and even joked around with us. Customer service was on point and these burger on point!!!!
Pretty much your typical Five Guys experience, although the place could be kept a little nicer and cleaner.
