Food was not as good as in the evening. Octopus was tough. Mahi tacos got cold waiting for sour cream/guacamole. Mosquitoes were terrible inside!
The food was delicious and the service was very very good
We started with the guacamole and chips. Guacamole was homemade and full of flavor; chips were large tostada chips and served warm. It was delicious. Then we had the grilled mahi fish tacos - again, perfection. Simply done, but full of flavor. We also had the Forbidden Sea Rice and a side of Platanos Maduros. Everything we had was fresh, cooked and seasoned perfectly, and delicious. I really appreciate how the food tasted fresh and not oily. This is a definite come-back restaurant!

This was our first visit, but it surely won’t be our last! We had a fabulous meal. Great outdoor covered dining and if you eat indoors, the restaurant has one open side, so it’s as if you are eating outdoors. The owners also own SAWA, also in the Village of Merrick Park, another wonderful place to dine.
