The driver ask me to pick up my pizza in the parking. WTH? If I ordered I want the pizza in my apartment, not in the parking lot. What happen with manners?

This place never has drivers. I don't understand. And when they do have drivers, they're so rude and obnoxious. The customer service stinks....
I am sick and tired of this store offering delivery when they never have drivers available. Dominoes loves to rant and rave about their wonderful delivery but they have no one to deliver the pizza, At least turn off the delivery option on their website. Now they wont even call you to let you know they do not have drivers and they just cancel your order without giving you the option to go pick it up.
I had never tried this restaurant before and ordered a pizza and chicken. I went back to my work and after a while went to check on the status. IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED!! No reason. Just cancelled. I called to ask what happened and they hung up on me twice. When I finally got through after being on hold for 10 minutes, I was told that the order was cancelled because there were no delivery drivers. What terrible management that doesn't show the courtesy to at least call and explain what happened. Not like they don't have my number. Now I have to find an alternative option an hour later. I will never order from here again and do not recommend.
We just ordered 2 large pizzas, an hour passes by and we get nothing, we called and “the lady” that picked up the phone was rude like you can’t imagine, said she called a bunch of times (which was a lie because we have no missed calls) and when we tell her that she didn’t, hung up on us while we were still talking to her. It’s a shame that a food chain has to suffer a bad review for one lousy employee. I hope they get better workers, there’s no need to be rude in any situation.

Awful, canceled my order because they don’t have enough drivers and won’t answer phone to field a complaint. Do not order from this dominos if you want delivery service!!!!
