Beautiful restaurant, great food and service.We really enjoyed our lunch. No wait and great service. Food and presentation were very good. The seating area by the pool is beautiful and you get to observe this amazing landmark building. Highly recommend.
Visited my favorite place at the Biltmore again today. As my title suggests, it is a definite highlight of the Biltmore resort itself, as it is right by the giant pool and hosts a great bar with the best ambiance in Coral Gables. Where else can you enjoy the best drinks poolside, with available TVs overhead for the latest sports and a great menu to boot? The bartenders there, Karim, Nate, and Luis, are the best and make the establishment what it is. Nice breezes through the bar and restaurant help keep it cooler on hot days, like nowadays... My favorite menu items are the shrimp and mahi tacos, turkey club, guacamole & chips, and smoked fish dip, with a nice draft Stella on the side... will probably go back to Cascade tomorrow!

Service is quite busy, but the place is really relaxing and convenient. And food is good for a smart stop.
The steak sandwich was awful. Tough and not very tasty. The salads are fine, but nothing special. Service is good and the view of the hotel and pool is very nice.
We were celebrating my wife's birthday. It was a little expensive for lunch, but the food was very good. We also enjoyed sitting outside by the enormous pool.
Waited 1/2 hour for cascade restaurant for service and then went to 19th hole restaurant and waited 30 min before even a glass of water. The manager was nowhere to be found
Not managed well. Poor service and forget it if you have any requests “it comes the way it comes. “ Hopefully things will improved. You can go to either restaurant and ask for a manager. Apparently there is only one named Patricia. The guy in charge of the 19th hole won’t even take any responsibility.
