great place to relax. we do our banking there. grab a cappuccino and a snack.

I was having a hard time with the customer care people on the phone with a pretty complex issue. I got the idea to go into one of the stores and speak to someone live. When I walked in I was greeted right away. Everyone had smiles on their faces. Vanessa took me on and from start to finish listened to my story and never gave up on trying to help get my issue resolved. She took it own as if it was hers and sure enough with her persistence she found the right person on the team to help me resolve what I came in for. I have been a client for over 20 years and was ready to give up and Vanessa saved the day. The atmosphere is super cool. Nice great coffee shop. There were people coworking and the place was very clean and tidy.

Great place to work in a quiet environment. Very helpful employees. It would improve more to open the little offices that now are empty. Sometimes you want to work with someone not distracting other people in the Capital One cafe. In Coral Gables and Miami Beach those offices are closed.

Very nice establishment, never thought banking and coffee could meet like this! The atmosphere was not only because of the amazing cafe but because of the genuine politeness of the employees! These people are artists as well! Lovely art on top of the drinks. Most definitely will be frequenting here.

Walking into this establishment was a breath of fresh air. If you need to get any work done in a chill atmosphere this is the place. The overall feeling of the cafe matches the politeness of the workers and the quality of the coffee as well. Will be coming here again ✅

10/10 experience, my girlfriend kept talking about this place so I finally came with her and gotta say I was very relaxed. Baristas were super patient with me when I used the wrong card three times. Got plenty of work done and some pretty nice art on my latte from one of the employees, Elizabeth (sorry if I spelled it wrong), almost didn’t want to drink it but glad that I did. ?

Good afternoon, in case it happened I just bought a coffee, when young Elizabeth tells me the total, I give her my credit card. She return my credit card and comments "You are going to tip me" (Attitude). I was going to give her cash. I was so upset I told her "NO" Elizabeth made me wait when the order was ready. All this so that you do not leave a tip to this hatetriot person. I am embarrassed that a good business has employees like these, who with their actions seem to force the client to tip.

The service I received here was phenomenal! I loved every minute in this cafe - with the great wifi, amazing coffee, & cozy atmosphere, I was able to fly through my midterm with ease! Love this cafe!!!❤️❤️❤️

The women working There is so rude!! im a client of capital one for soooo many years . I dont understand how you hire someone with zero manners. I think her name is Elizabeth.

Lovely place and excellent service. I am an elderly woman not too technically oriented. I needed help with the process of transferring funds by wire. Brook, I hope I am not misspelling her name, was so patient and helped me complete the transaction. The cafè itself is very pleasant and quiet. I am very pleased with Capital One in general.
