We made a reservation for 10 and they were not prepared for us. They set up 5 little tables to accommodate us. I ordered a freshly squeezed lemonade and I can assure you it was squeezed but definitely not that day. It tasted 3 days old. The food was tasteless and cold. Definitely overpriced and it was a horrible experience. It was my husband's birthday dinner and I was extremely upset about the experience. I do not recommend this place and will never ever go there again.

Too loud and too expensive for a few pieces of fried food. Wonderful service though

The menu seemed limited, and unworthy of the high price assigned to basic meals like $17.00 for a regular salad served in a small plate. I wish they had a better menu, Cuban food is so delicious and diverse. The vibe and decor nice. We were a party of 6.

We were a group of 8. Friday afternoon and we arrived 6:45 before they’re HH was done. Waitress kept rushing us to order. When the food came out, some plates were missing or incomplete. We had finished eating and then she remembered the beans that came with the dish. Food was ok. We had the timba frita and those were hard, ropa vieja plate was ok. Will not be going back.

Our experience was so good the first time we came about a year ago, that we decided to come back. When we came back, Angelica gave us the best service, she not only helped us with excelent service while having dinner, but also recommended good beaches to visit the next day while on vacation here in Miami. We returned the next day for the live music, great music, great service with Angelica, and a perfect night out, with my wife. The best ambience, service, music, and food. Thank you Angelica!

Terrible experience. I know everyone has a different taste on food but so far this is the worst we have tried. I say we because we were a party of 3 and we all agree. This place is overrated and super expensive for the terrible food. The music was amazing tho. We ordered 3 virgin cocktail which did not have any flavor btw and no we weren’t drunk so this is an honest review. The food was terrible so salty and some without flavor. We ordered. The ham empanadas felt like spam on a dough. The churrasco flavor was bad and the chimichurri the same. The octopus flavor was nothing. To be fair and honest I will talk of the good things too, there were 2 good things from the menu. The best one was the habanero empanada and the pork belly (this one was okay). We even told our waitress which was amazing and showed her that we did not ate the food. That’s how bad it was and we pay 180 dollars for that. Paying was not that bad the bad part was paying and not eating. I believe that there are better places with more decent food.

I came in on a Thursday night while Complices Band was plying live music and my experience was probably the best I’ve ever had on a night out. The staff were dancing with the music and so nice to us as well as the performers being passionate about their music and happy that we in the audience were dancing. 12/10 would come again!

We ordered 2 appetizer , after waiting a while we get told a second isn’t available to choose another of course paid by us. I ordered the skirt steak with brí³coli. The steak super hard and no flavor. The broccoli was uncooked just burnt from the grill and cold. My mom the fried rice which was a tiny bowl with literally 2 shrimp. I ordered my boys rice, beans and chicken breast. The chicken was cold, the beans were old and it was a paste rather then a soup like typical Cuban black beans. My dad ordered the breaded curbina. Well it was dry with not a single drizzle of garlic for presentation or a slice of lime for flavor, with a sweet potato purée which was not very hot and hard brí³coli as well. I spent $180 and 18% tip was included by the restaurant. The chef they have sucks. I will spend $400 in a good dinner but this $200 meal is not worth it. I told the server and showed her the issues. Not to mention they brought back “new beans” all they did was add water and heat them. Just horrible. Very nicely decorated but food sucks.

Father’s Day

Good food and a nice atmosphere, great for a first meal in Miami.
