Donât go there are no servers we waited for one hour to sit down ordered and 1 hour later there was no chef. Do we left

I love going to Benihana and I usually donât mind the waiting but yesterday it took 2 hours before the chef came to the table!
The service at this Coral Gables restaurant is downright POOR, not one time, but many times, when you make a reservation they don't seat you until a table is 90% full and we have experienced up to 1.5 hours wait, even after they seat you took 30 min to get your order and 45 min to even get a drink. The chef and food are excellent, but not worth the pain they put you through to be seated.
Great place, tasty food, friendly staff. You can also carry on a conversation-not too loud. We enjoyed celebrating a couple birthdays here.
I waited 20 min after my reservation time to be seated.
Reservation was at 6:30, had to wait until 7:15 to be seated. Then the food started to be cooked at 8 pm
The food was way too salty and the alarm to the place was constantly sounding making our dinner horrible
Need more servers.
