Should of known from the dirty lobby to turn around and walk away but I was hungry. The single looked like it was on the grill for an hour and they put it in the microwave to warm it up. Freshly made? This location is doing some short cuts. I had two bites and walked out the door. I would of asked for my money back but did not want to waste my time or breath. GROSS FOOD, DIRTY LOCATION, SHORT CUTS ON THE GRILL....
it has been several months since this place opened and the soda at this place still tastes disgusting every time i go. it's like they never replenish the syrup and give you slightly flavored seltzer water. i thought it was a one time thing but it has happened every single time i get food/drink from here. y'all are really that cheap and petty that you're not going to serve real soda? pathetic and disappointing. they often forget items in my orders as well but the soda thing is unforgivable.
Wendy’s is typically a pleasant experience for me, but not at this location. 3 times I have tried this location and 3 times I was very disappointed. I will not be going back here and recommend that no one eats here!!! I witnessed an employee (a young man) grabbing the chicken nuggets bare handed and tossing them into the customers container from the bin then touching the counter tops and other bins and items…. Needless say I walked out.It’s a shame that this is such a mismanaged location. I hope the owner of this franchise location takes responsibility of their establishment and employees before someone gets sick!
While this Wendy's is new, clean and updated the service is horrible. Let's start with the girl (daytime at the first drive thru window) rude, does not say hello, let alone crack a smile. She's there quite often and the greeting is always the same (there is none). I'll be sure to get her name next time. Second drive thru window is hit or miss, my food has never really been consistently fresh or hot. More like lukewarm with the bread clearly tough in some parts like it's been under the lamp for too long. I'm not sure where management is but these issues should be addressed. Much rather go to McDonald's next store.
Average Wendy's but set up very odd. You order at a computer when you walk in and wait. No more counter waiting. Not sure if all Wendy's are like this but felt very odd. The staff here is always super friendly and love the Freestyle soda machine.
This place was better when it was just a parking lot. The food is awful, no flavor than absolutely sloppy service. All the drink mixes are off, so it's barely flavored seltzer water so they can save money. They want you to order online, but there's no Wi-Fi, and there's no prices on any of the menu items, so you end up getting ripped off for terrible food. There's a McDonald's a few steps away, it's better to go there.
Unfortunately, this place is loosing stars. They need to improve service/ management. It is fast food, ok, but the quality is going down over the las months. The soda machine was empty, just offers 2 or 3 flavor options that off course I don't like.
Well the worst I would give it 0 stars but they wouldn’t let me I’ve been here a few times and they have served me cold nuggets and also the chilli is always watery why they need to really fix that.
Went at lunchtime..no line...fresh food.quick service...only sucks they don't have mobile pay
They have messed up my order many times. One time I received 7 nuggets instead of ten. My nuggets were hard I could barely bite them (twice) fries were over cooked, hard and cold. This is literally the first review I’ve wrote…. Ever, but I had to inform people. They obviously don’t care about what they’re serving people ?
