I ordered online, and was advised that my order would be ready at 2:30pm, great! But then I pulled up and it's closed. Yet the charge is already pending on my credit card. Why even let me order if you're closed? Not to mention driving out of my way to go to an establishment that was closed. Beyond frustrating.
Wow. I used to enjoy this place, but times have changed. Floors and countertops are completely sticky or greasy. The cashier seemed completely lost and told us that a few of the items couldn't be made because "he would just mess it up". None the less we still ordered which was my mistake. Apparently there is only one person in the store and no management on Sundays, as the cashier who didn't wash his hands started preparing the food. Drinks station was a mess and had many items out of stock or not ready. While preparing the food, the cashier/cook was constantly sneezing and didnt stop to excuse himself or wash his hands again. At this point we walked out. The staff is not well trained on food prep and safety. There is no excuse for the condition of this store, they have plenty of time to atleast do basic open and closing procedures such as mopping the floor and wiping down counters (the place was completely dead). I do not recommend, their staff is more concerned with vaping than making the place decent enough to feel uncomfortable
Upon walking in the floors were all sticky and the one employee working was in the corner on his phone didnt greet us when we walked in and made it seem like we were disturbing him from what he was doing to take our order....when ordering i asked does burgers come with fries or do we order everything separately and was meet with the most awkard stare so i let it be and just got the burgers...I was then told 10 15 min and to have a seat while I waited. And not one single table was cleaned off and ready for the next customer( either sticky or had some type of condiment left on table top). Employee should be better trained in customer service and cleaning.
The experience was great, haven’t been here in years and it’s still good how I remembered it. Lovely staff, great food and would definitely come back. Brownie milkshake is a go to
Recently went and didn’t have the best experience. They had two workers sitting in the dining area because the place was empty. Ordered cheese fries and said they couldn’t make them because the toaster was broken. Tried to pay in cash but they told us they don’t have change so they can’t accept it. While I was eating my burger I saw one of the employees vaping behind the counter. Then to top it off I woke up puking my burger out in the morning (don’t know if it was from the food or from my COVID booster shot). The food was and has been tasty for as long as I’ve been going though. Sad seeing the place going down hill.
Went for first time in years with friends. Food was as tasty as I remember and staff was friendly. Would definitely come back again!
Got my food from Uber eats and my order was wrong. Put pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar and the wrong toppings. Also there were barely any tater tots. Really stingy . Not worth the money and didn't even taste good. Food wasn't even hot and the driver got here fast with the food so it wasn't his fault. Don't get it to go.
Uber Eats delivery. Burgers were wrong and cold. Tots bad portion size. No to-go containers, but instead they leave the food open in the bag. The milkshake didn't have a cover on the lid so the driver just had access to it the whole time. First time here and it was a huge mistake. Will never come back and will continue to go to Five Guys or elsewhere. How can they be so bad?
Dec 20 2021 horrible service, kids did not issue a receipt - food was not what was ordered and was inedible and after disputing the charge I was not given a refund for crappy food that was tossed out. Will never go there again - but if you like milkshakes that taste like metal and sticky dining room tables and burnt burgers that weren't prepared corectly and greasy soggy fries then by all means waste your money here
The food - amazingly good and freshThe staff - super friendly, funny, and coolAlthough they need some maintenance and minor things they were missing, the 3 guys working last night around 7PM worked very well together and definitely make me want to come back the food was so good I almost ordered a second time.I really wish more people would give this place a chance, I read some of the old reviews and I am so happy I ignored them and I gave this place a chance. You should too. You won’t be disappointed.
