Had a great dinner at Sunset grill , there was a wait 40 minutes for a table and the host said if there were empty spots at the bar there wouldn't be a wait, so we found 2 seats and ordered a drink, I had a Passion Fruit Sangria, was very tasty!! We had ago tacos and a lobster roll. They were great!!We watched as Lisa Ann ran the bar like a true professional she made the drinks fast and good and took our order with a smile! She checked on us several times. Good service truly does determine a good or a bad experience, I feel Lisa Ann did a fantastic job! We will be back for sure!!
Hidden gem in the casino. Great food, better service. Lisa took great care of us! We’ll be back to our new go to relaxation location
Food is great, but place disorganized. Couldn’t get a drink in half empty restaurant. Next time will play and go eat somewhere else. Host rejected to bring a manager. It’s a shame that such a great casino does have professional stuff.
My first time at the Sunset Grill in the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino and I loved it !!! This an outdoor dining & gambling restaurant right at Coco ! It was packed on a Saturday evening with a line to get in when we left. I loved the chill vibe under the traditional Chickee. I enjoyed a juicy burger ! Highly recommend the Sunset Grill !!!
Not only did we have to wait several minutes to be seated, when the "hostess" finally came over, she wasn't very friendly. She sat us in the draftiest part of the restaurant, didn't say anything as far as someone will be with you in a moment or enjoy your dinner. She then proceeded to get into an argument with another employee, wipe her nose and then carry on taking care of take out orders. No one ever did come over to take an order or anything. We got up and left.
Steak tacos are great! Clam chowder is excellent as well. Prior visits I had the Cuban sandwich and the fried shrimp. All veey good. Service at the bar was pretty efficient.
Love my little Sunset Grill right down the street my favorite Lobster Roll sandwich oh, cold beer on tap you can check out whatever sporting event is going on on their many TVs under a very large Tiki Hut. I like
Decent food. Nothing amazing. Salad was good. Took a bit long to get the entrees. Burger cooked well versus medium. Street corn was canned corn mixed with Mayo.
It's a no for me. Took them forever to acknowledge me to take my order. I just walked out and left.
Ordered over $125 of food for 3 people. Waited 45 min for our food and when we sat down to eat our food we were told by the the rudest power trip manager I have ever experienced we are not allowed to eat in the restaurant he has a cleanup crew coming in and we have to eat our food somewhere in the casino. We said we are starving and just want to eat real quick please, there was no clean up crew in sight. He said if you take another bit of your food I an going to call security as he grabbed a walkie talkie. In my 60 years on this Earth I have never experienced such a atrocious behavior, we ended up eating sitting on the floor in the casino area. It must be extremely hard times with staffing in order to have a person like that as a manager. We walked in happy fun laughing time to real downer bad vibes. What a horrible miserable person he was. Even his employees were apologizing for his extremely rude behavior. He truly ruined our night! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CASINO EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS MANAGER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I gained a new found appreciation for the HARD ROCK!
