The restaurant has changed over from a really good Italian restaurant to a sorry mess. Not enough help and the food is really not good. The meatball parm was hard as a rock, tasteless and the pasta salad even worse. We will not go back
This place just opened back up as quick serve restaurant. Service is lacking and the food is very meh. You get in line and order at the bar, the cashier barely made eye contact, was less than friendly and seemed inconvenienced. You pay at the time of ordering, so if you wanted to maybe get a dessert, you would have to order it at that time unless you want to get back in line. From there, you get a table number and choose your own place to sit and the food is delivered. The pizza IS good, but that's about it. I had a Chicken Milanese salad and it was an overcooked, whole chicken cutlet buried under a mound of arugula in a too-small bowl. The arugula kept falling out onto the table as I tried to saw through the cutlet. My husband had the chicken parm sub with a pesto pasta salad side. The sub was okay, it was chopped up chicken and not a whole cutlet, the pasta salad was warm (intentionally) and was just okay as well. My daughter had the pizza, that was actually very good. They only serve bottled soda, they will give you ice in a cup if you ask, but trying to get to the table with soda bottles, ice cups, cutlery and the table number a little tricky. There are no extra napkins on the table so good luck trying to find someone to ask. Oh, and it was very, very overpriced. I really hope they don't continue with this format. I'd rather have an app that I can just order from the table than deal with all the hassle. I doubt I'll be back. There are several other places to eat in the casino that are much better with WAY better service and staff.
Sorrisi just opened back up recently after being closed for a while due to COVID. It used to be so much better when it was a sit down restaurant, now you have to go over to the bar to order the food and you sit anywhere you want. They also don’t have a bathroom inside the restaurant so you have to go out to the casino floor.They only sell sandwiches, salad, pizza & some other appetizers like meatballs & such. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich with pesto pasta on the side which was very good & a huge plate of food, I took some home.We decided to sit at the bar and service was absolutely terrible because of the attitude. The girls working last night didn’t even want to acknowledge the fact that we were there. Asking to have a bag for our left overs to take home was even a huge bother.

I take my family to this lovely spot often! This is my favorite place to pass a nice evening. I go there regularly. The meals are very tasty, the staff members are helpful and the prices are good. I like going in this place to have a nice supper.
Wow- talk about a huge disappointment. I'm not sure what I expected- a Napa-esque wine experience complete with sommelier expertise?? I don't know- maybe some decent tasting wine would have been a nice start. The space itself is awesome. Modern and swanky- you just feel cooler as soon as you walk in the door.

Very intimate setting for a date we shared a bottle of wine and wonderful entrées coffee and dessert can’t complain at all I loved it
The angel haur carbonara had way too much sauce, miss the old menus short ribs and scalops,but waitress was excellent as always
