Received a coupon via text today for the bogo deal at Pembroke Gardens location. Juan the Manager refused to honor it. Calling Corp. Tomorrow. Poor C/S.
Placed an order for delivery earlier—food NEVER was delivered?and they never answered the telephone to find out WHAT was going on ???
Having been a patron for fourteen year, I am seriously disappointed in the quality of the food from Sals for the past 6 months. The food is awful. It was the most reliable for a very long time, if expensive for the type of place it is. It was worth it until recently. I have tried pizza, various dinner entrees, appetizers and NONE OF THEM live up to the old quality. Someone at their corporate office should address this.
Customer service is terrible. No manners and I am sure nobody wants to go there and eat bc of poor customer service
Every time I go there is less cheese on the pizza because of all the bubbles when I brought it up to the pizza maker he replied ohh yeah nothing I can do about it that happens because of the bubbles so they don't monitor the pizza and they don't care what the product looks like and definitely don't care about the customer so I won't be back Sals on Pines Blvd

Great food! Fast delivery. My only complaints are, the lady that answers the phone is not the brightest star in the sky and they do not give you hardly any celery and carrot sticks with the wings. Other than that, will continue to order from here. I wish you could order online. That would solve my first complaint.
