Horrible experience from the moment we sat! The wait was extremely long and the food was not fresh. Appetizers and entrees were definitely reheated and not freshly prepared. The ribs were undercooked, vegetables and shrimp were not fresh. For the amount paid for a party of four for lunch we were better off going to Chick-fil-A. Very disappointed!!!
We went here with the family for our granddaughter 's 18th birthday. We had so much fun! The food was delicious and seemed like it kept coming. Steak was tender, scallops were large and perfect and the shrimp were great. They brought my granddaughter a bowl of idea cream with a candle on top. Service was really attentive. Thanks for a great celebration!!
So Good! I had the steak and shrimp combo dinner. Everything tasted amazing. Large portion, enough to take home. Soup, salad and shrimp appetizer. Fast and friendly service for a Saturday
Naturally I compare any Hibachi restaurant to Benihana. The ambiance and droid presentation is nice. Comparatively, their soup and salad was far more appetizing than Benihana, and drinks were just okay. The entree meats were very wet with some type of soy sauce gravy, and lacked flavor, not a fan. I was really taken back by the 18% gratuity for a party of 2. Our server initially had party of 6 on our bill, I brought it to his attention, he fixed it but the gratuity remained.
First time visiting here! Had lunch with my business partner. The place was nice and clean. Hostess was nice. Our chef was so hilarious amazing guy! Food was good. I had the salmon hibachi with brown rice! I was a little disappointed in the brown rice it tasted funny to me I will definitely stick to steamed or fried rice. The portion was a little smaller then Benihana’s but overall great experience.
Our family loves Saito’s. For some reason the Pompano manager decided to put an 18% gratuity on a 4 person check. I told the manager they were taking money from their servers pockets since I typically tip 20% or more. No I didn’t add money since the whole tip would’ve been in cash and none of the managers business. Instead I hope the manager gets the message. I’ll take my Saito’s money to Dania when it opens.
Can't wait to go back, it was a great experience the chef was so funny and knew his craft, I had never seen this before. The food was so good, our sever was right on. Very clean and helpful
I gave three stars because they don't have a bartender couldn't have drinks before I was seated at the table then you have to wait for your waitress or waiter. Don't think I'll be returning here. The chefs were great food was good but some people asked for medium well done steak and he cooked it well done
I use to come here a lot but after today I will not.Our waiter was horrible I asked him for two shrimp tempura with no cream cheese and one with cream cheese. He gave me no cream cheese and never came around to ask us if we wanted another glass of wine. Service was bad and very unprofessional. On top of that he added 18% on our bill for gratitude?? Who does that. When I called the manager he came and said “ok he will just take off tip on bill” and we can tip him. The manager was careless and didn’t care that we were unsatisfied. We got treated unfairly and will not come back.
Food is excellent, we had the Filet Mignon with vegetables, service could be better, specially by men serving tables, ladies servers were great.Nice quiet place , we go often. Nicely renovated also
