Absolutely F****** horrendous service. I’d say literally any time I go there and order my food they continue to do it wrong each and EVERYTIME, hire some better workers.
Very slow I waited 15 mins to order while they stood there looking at me and another 15 mins just to make a ice coffee
We had a great time at Graceland. Elvis was a weird dude but he was also a person with a big heart.

This location deserves to be shut down or at least infected and new staff! They don't even clean their pie displays. There was a roach dead inside!!! Never again will we go to this location! Disgusting!!
This location is so slow I ordered 2 large fries from the app. Went in to pick up my order there was no one at the front counter, everyone in the back making orders, one guy was moving so SLOW would keep looking at me and turn his head like really he NEVER asked or acknowledged the customers standing at the front counter. I waited about 7 min then I blurted out EXCUSE ME I ordered 2 large fries can I get them PLZ. I have never waited so long for a mobile order before. Nevertheless the fries were good hot and packed correctly.
Often go through the drive through and usually don't have a problem but most recently it was a disaster (hence the 2 stars). The teens working the drive through gave my order to the guy in the car in front of me erroneously. I saw the whole event. He rifled through the bag and food then handed it back. They looked through it themselves and handed him a different bag. I pull up, they give the first, now manhandled, bag to me. I said to them it is a health code violation to give it to me, they didn't understand and began to argue. The bag was wet, torn and crumpled at this point and food falling out of the wrappers. They kept arguing. I ended up taking the food, driving off and throwing it away. It wasn't worth any of our time to discuss the health violations of their actions especially since they weren't willing to listen and learn. I would avoid Saturday morning. Weekdays seem alright.
Most dirty McDonald that I have ever seen. Drinks out of service. Poor quality of service.
The cashier in the morning has a stank attitude. Everytime I go there I just order from the kiosk but when I ask for grape jelly she rolls her eyes and just gives me 1 when I have 2 sandwiches. If this wasn't the McDonald's closest to my job I would go to a different one
Fries weren't fresh...long wait at drive thru...just sucks
