Late night food run just got home from travelingQuick run to grab a chicken sandwich meal 4a combo. Waited 45 min in the drive thru, they are short handed I agree. Sandwich was overcookedCould not eat but half. Not worth the wait.At this point I would of closed early if your short handed and provide bad food ?.

I always walk inside to order my food but they seem to consistently prioritize drive thru orders over walk in orders. Many vehicles go through drive thru while I wait 20 to 30 minutes for a single person order

The worst customer service I have ever had at a McDonald's. I ordered food at the kiosk, wanted to pay with cash at the counter. Wanted almost 10 minutes, not one associate acknowledged my existence nor asked me if they could help. When I spoke to them, the answer was I am the only one here, not I will be right with you or anything. One thing for certain, I will never eat at this establishment, ever. Normally I don't have negative reviews but this was definitely a case in which it was warranted!

The manager there on Friday April 1, 2022 at 3:00 pm is very loud and rude. She was constantly yelling and you can hear it throughout the entire restaurant. I bet the employees love working with her. I felt bad for the guy taking orders. She was so rude to him and he was trying his best.

Just ordered through the drive thru, both pay window and collect your order window said absolutely nothing. No Hello, no Thank You, complete silence. The employee handed the food bag through the window and slammed the door shut-the only thing that was fast with this visit. Ray Kroc has to be rolling in his grave !!

Went to this location at 5:56pm, the workers here find it funny that they are not putting meat in the burgers. Five cheeseburgers no meat, went back to make it right and they were all laughing from drive thru. What ever manager on duty is there during this time should be fired, because they surly are not doing their job. The owner of this McDonald's location should be ashamed being that this is ongoing issue with their service.

My God! These ppl have no manners! Dorothy who takes orders, didn’t even let me finish ordering without cutting me off! I simply asked a difference between these two breakfast cause it’s not listed and I OBVIOUSLY don’t work there so idk what’s actually in the breakfast combo, and she’s rushing to just take my order without letting me fully decide on which two. Now the pick up window , didn’t greet nobody, not even a hello, just open the window, hand over the food and slammed the window back, not even checking if anything else was needed.This McDonald’s needs a new evaluation or sum. They have poor customer service and they need to do better Fr.

Too many calories on everything, too high prices for food so cheap in quantity with lots of... lots of nothing but poor nutrition. Not even three hamburgers feed healthy with proper nutrition a single person with only 140 ponds of weight and 24 years old.

This location looked clean with newer design, customers being directed to a kiosk. If you not going to staff customer service I will not spend any money there. As this is a pet peave with any company I will take my money elsewhere I haven't worked there In 35 years and you going work me with my own money don't think so. And don't normally leave negative reviews.
