Awful l Iocation. Jacksonville Macdonalds so far just haven't found a good store where the cheese is melted on ur sandwich. Lol. And staff aren't out in their cars or stating that the store is down.
Ask for fries without salt and received cold fries. I ask to have hot fries and after waiting a couple minutes I received slightly warm fries.
This mcDonlads have gotten so bad years ago when I worked there I was proud to have been working there at such a young age but now explains exactly why I left. The staff is now very rude and after reading most of these comments it seems as if no one is doing anything about it. Drive thru manager was very rude about my order with mcchicken and tomatoes added telling me I didn't pay for it. Took the sandwich back from me after not believing me that there was no tomatoes on. When I asked for a refund she told me I got it for free, which I did use the app. But fact of the matter is the money is not coming out of ur pocket u need to do what makes the customer happy. Very disappointed and ashamed of this place. Never going back. Management is terrible.

Just got home with my order, first bite into the sandwiche and l had to spit it out, l had bitten into something hard, it felt like l was biting into a bone, broke the chicken into pieces to see what else there was and there it was, a white piece of god knows what and a very very undercooked piece of chicken, l’m attaching some pictures, nasty nasty.Never ordering from this place again and l’ll definetely save my receipt and send these pictures to my attorney. Fries and drink was okThe picture in the middle is that bone like thing!
I go to this location once a month it's down the road from my job, and every time I go I ask for a packet of ketchup. Every time I've gotten my food, I get no ketchup. Is it so hard to put ketchup in a bag....?

Manager was very immature rude and unprofessional. She appeared very irritated when I asked her for help. I asked her name and she said I don't have a name and then said , "you can go somewhere else " when I told her she was being rude. I then told her that I was going to report her to corporate, which I proceeded to do.
Need to empty garages outside always overflowing. Generally good service from staff
