I hate to write a review being that this is my favorite sushi place and me and my friend are one of their reoccurring customers. Today, we walked in everyone that worked there looked at us and did not greet us not one time. It took a while for someone to take our order. It’s usually the nice lady that serve us, and she’s always acknowledge and very nice. But the person that was our waiter, I’m assuming he’s the owner or manager, didn’t greet us, just placed the menu on the table and just walked away, the cook kept waiving our waiter to get our get food while he too busy having a conversation with the lady worker, didn’t check to see how is everything with the food, nothing. Then, the short hair cut blonde lady decided to approach us at the end and stated that we always come in and don’t tip enough. because she have to break her tip with the other workers within the facility and that we should tip more. We always tip accordingly of what option of tip amount that is on the receipt every time we go. Be grateful you’re even getting a tip. That left us shocked and we couldn’t believe she said that to us. Due to that experience, that will be our last time going to that place if that’s how they really present their customer service.
Previously loved this place. Made a point to visit over from A1A. Haven’t been for about a year. Went this time seemed like menu had changed. And food was just off. Sushi was fishy tasting. Tuna almost tasted previously frozen. Egg rolls were soggy. Tai iced tea was mostly milk even though I asked for light milk the second time. We were very sadly disappointed.
The place was just ok. The Boba Tea was good but only came in one size (large). The entre was very expensive and the take-home containers are very small. I ordered vegetable stir-fry and still spent $18 just on that entre. I would only go back to try a different flavor Boba Tea.
Good food and friendly service. I come here often to enjoy a nice ramen outdoors. Nice atmosphere out on the patio. The ramen and sushi are good. The service is always super friendly, and quick!
Mango martini is so good. And the Vegetable stir fry with chicken & brown sauce. Ah-May-zing
Food was great.But the Menu said 11am-3pm for the lunch menu and no days and for the Bento menu Mon-Fri 11am to 3pm so I ordered the lunch menu at 2pm Saturday, the waitress said its only on weekdays and so I pointed the above out, she said it's a mistake on the menu.Please rectify the mistake on the menu or I don't think it's a big deal serving a slightly less portion for less money.
So yum, so delicious.Everything was fresh and the flavors were on point.The ramen miso broth was probably the best I’ve tasted.The sashimi was so fresh and nicely seasoned.I can’t wait to go back ASAP
Came here for the first time and our server Sabrina was amazing! She recommended the spicy tuna roll and it truly hit the spot. I got the chicken fried rice as my main course and it too, was delicious. We were full and ready to leave until Sabrina brought over the dessert menu and told us about each dish. I ended up choosing the fried ice cream and OH MY it was unlike anything I’ve had. She did however mention it is not a dessert to take home because it’s usually watered down by the time you get home but I unfortunately couldn’t finish my ice cream. Sabrina did her best to wrap up my ice cream and even put ice in the container to keep it cold. I loved her energy throughout the night ! Definitely ask for her if you’re in the area! Will be back !
We’ve been eating here since 2011. Not only has the food always been great and consistent, but so has the service. Now as adults we bring our kids. Thank you for always being personable and kind, especially the owner’s.
I am obsessed with the Pad Thai here. This is one of my top 3 places to eat in Coconut Creek. It seems to be family run and the Wife and Husband seem to be there often. She is the nicest person. The food and service is always great. Very quality food. I don't know much about Thai food but I know I love the Pad Thai there.
