So today I called and ordered a tuna sandwich at 1:20 p.m. The person on the phone did a great job taking the order. Typically the company is known as freaky fast. Not sure exactly what standards that is for this particular location. I have ordered here before in the past and never had an issue. At 2:10 I still have not received the food so I called and the guy said I'm sorry we're just really busy You should have it shortly. I asked him has it gone out yet and he said no not yet they're waiting for a driver. Not sure how long tuna fish can last in regular temperature... It's now over an hour. These are not the standards that I expect. I would also assume the guy in a phone would say I'm so sorry would you like a free chips cookie or soda for the inconvenience. But nothing...It got here at 2:42. Check #38 07/01/2022
This is the second time we've order from this location and the sandwiches taste horrible. Truly disappointed because typically I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. Go to another location.
On December 1, I went here to eat around night time and as soon as I walked through the door I instantly felt uncomfortable by the workers working there. I felt as if I almost interrupted them or I did something wrong by going there to eat…while I ordered my sub, they looked at each other almost in disgust that I had chosen that sub.The service and experience was so bad and made me so uneasy that I did not feel comfortable enough to stay and eat my sub there… I took it to my car and ate instead. Unfortunately, while I was eating it, I realized I could not even finish it because of how uncomfortable the service made me.Definitely would not recommend this location.
We all got violently sick. Food poisoning. How awful and right during Christmas even and Day. I don’t make many reviews but do not wish this for anyone and feel I should say something.

We made an order online via a website. We drove 15 minutes to pick it up and when we came we found out that Saturday and Sunday the store is closed. How its even possible, when other locations are open. Also, why a system let me to make an order?
