I went there to night at 730 and they where closed. Not sure if it’s a one off or if the are closed for good. Tuesday night at 730pm I am leaving 4 stars because I don’t want to hurt the owner if he was not able to open because of staffing issues.
The staff were super helpful and courteous; the food was just average. The chicken parm was average, the grilled steak sandwich was average, the fries were average. Except for the kind staff, the whole experience was average.
Would not recommend this restaurant, my friend and I went to this establishment last night, we were the first ones there but the last ones to get our food, our server, Shirlei B, was not attentive to us as she were the other guests, but we let that slide. The food was not cooked properly and The service from our server was beyond unprofessional and at the end I went to pay my bill and was questioned why I didn’t tip (on my card). Even though she needed no explanation, I told her that i will be paying her in cash instead. She stood over my friend and I waiting for her tip as we were still eating, about to wrap things up. Ive never had anyone Hawk over me in regards to a tip, which again was going to be waiting for her once we left. As we were walking to our car, our server came from behind and shoved my money back in my face and told us to have a good night and I quote, “take your money”… I will not being going back to this establishment, the food was ok AFTER having to send it back but not worth the blatant lack of service and unprofessional we encountered during our time there.
Horrible service. The restaurante was empty and looks like the waitress didn’t want to work, she was far from friendly or trying to help. My food came cold and when I told the her, she made a terrible face, took my plate and warm it on the microwave. Never again. Expensive for the type of service that you get.
Great food and wonderful personalized service. So glad we tried FireGrill. Will recommend to family and friends and come back many times. Love that they are so close to our home.

Wanted to like this place, unfortunately several small things added up to this poor rating. Under new management. Lunch menu very limited, so asked for full menu which has a lot more choices. Ordered the calamari, no calamari available so ordered wings, no celery although menu says it comes with it. Kitchen said no, you get how it comes. Waited over 45 minutes for our food, then waited another 20 minutes for our check.... Never came, left our money on the table. Server said a lot of people complain, but manager doesn't do anything. Hope they start to listen to their customers.
Visiting from Tampa the. We had a large party and they showed out. Rayane was a delight. She was not expecting a party of our size but she handled it with no problem. Wonderful staff and establishment. Definitely will be coming back ?????????
Food was amazing! Friendly staff. The live music was phenomenal! Definitely going to frequent this place.
Great food. I mean I got the steak for lunch for under $15 bucks and 3 sides. Can’t go wrong. Burgers were great too.
