This Dunkin always has terrible service! I’ve tried calling so many different times over the past few months to place large pick up orders. They never answer the phone. I end up having to drive and place the order in person the day before I need it. Today, I get here to pick up my order right on time and they don’t even have it ready. Usually I order boxes of coffee, and now I’m having to wait for coffee to be brewed. This is especially frustrating because if I weren’t on a time schedule I wouldn’t have come in a day early and placed the order.
I ordered a hot matcha latte with oat milk and ended up with what seems to be a normal latte. I ordered the matcha because my stomach cannot handle the expresso and coffee as I have Crohn's disease and I am already late for work and have no time to go and fix this. So now my time and money have been wasted. I really needed that caffeine like air today! I don't know what I'm going to do now.
If I can give this place a cero review I will . so inconsiderate this is not the first time they cancel my order because they don’t have any Donut ready. There phone number don’t even work. What kind of franchise this. I hate this place I do not recommend to anyone. I will call Dunkin’ Donuts corporate office to report this location. So unprofessional . I’m really upset right now.

I'd give ZERO stars if possible. I asked for a iced machiato made with cream instead of milk and they refused. I get it like that always. Never had a problem. This Dunkin will not get my business. Store#338392
I got there @9:27pm and they said they were closing @ 9:30 and was out of everything. Which was weird because I only came here because it said they close @ 10pm
Always place an On the Go order and I always encounter an issue with the wraps. This time I got an Iced Macchiato in lieu of the hot I ordered. I took it anyway and said no worries. I received the wraps to find they had no meat and the wrong cheese Again...I had to park and come inside. The staff inside was genuinely nice and agreed to have them correct it and then she brought it back out to my car. Everyone else involved in committing the errors had their backs turned as I stood there. Whoever that young lady was obviously has her moral compass pointed in the right direction. I can see why she is greeting the front walk-ins.
Excellent costumer service! Everyone was very attentive and caring. The store was clean and organized! ☕️?
Came by at 9:50 and they shouted that their closed. They close at 10.
