Clean store. Great variety. Friendly staff. Love the creations! Parking isn’t the greatest because the plaza is so large. Special perks for reward card
Dissatisfied, inconvenience lack of professional staff I can honestly keep goingIf your going to have a an establishment that caters to important events such as parties ect we have to do so with passion remember your not just ruining an event your ruining memories we love the product please address these reviews some or most is justified not just a rant thank you

Something about going to Cold Stone just makes me happy. The selection of different ice cream, the mixes to customize my order…like it’s so many yummy options. Did I mention that it’s real ice cream and so worth the cheat day with no regrets. The customer service is good too. Great place for the family treat.

At Cold Stone Creamery, you will get all different types & flavors of ice cream- vanilla, chocolate ?, strawberry ?, sweet cream, mint mint chocolate chip, during Christmas time ⛄ ? you will get the seasonal Dark Chocolate ? Peppermint. There is also Signature Creations- ice cream with mix ins- chocolate chips, cookie pieces, fudge sauce..... My two (2) personal favorites are Mint Mint Chocolate Chip & Chocolate ? Devotion. Enjoy yourself at Cold Stone Creamery in Sawgrass Promenade!!!!

I ordered a birthday cake online for pick up same day at 7pm. I ordered at 12. Plans change so i called them at 3pm to see if they can have it ready by 6 instead. Nobody answered so I called again three more times because I keep getting voicemail so I left a message. By 5:15 p.m. they never called me back so I called nine more times but they didn't answer so I decided to stop by the place on my way home because maybe their phones were broken. While I'm standing in the shop waiting I called them one more time to see if I hear the phone ring and a girl finally answered. So I walked outside and told her that I ordered a cake and asked if I could have it ready by 6 she said oh it's already ready. I walk inside after several minutes to finally brings me my cake and it has no writing on it as requested online. I could not believe it it made me very irate. I asked her the writing to put online she asked me to write it down because apparently she doesn't know how to go online and see it. After another 5 or 10 minutes she brings me my cake with some sloppy writing on the top. I left two stars because I was pretty upset but she stayed calm luckily. Next time I will most likely purchase from Carvel.
Horrible experience. Ordered cupcakes online, received order confirmation, went to go pick up the cupcakes just to be told they do not have any. The order was placed several hours in advanced, a simple phone call or email after the order was processed could have avoided this issue. By the time I was at the store to pick them up it was too late to order and pick up from Nothing Bundt Cakes since they close at 6. Now I have to settle for generic grocery store cupcakes.
This ice cream is as delicious to eat as it is to watch be prepared. This is definitely ice cream to go out of your way for. This location always has friendly and informative staff. It's one of my personal favorites. Great job!
