Yummy fast food lol. One of the better chickens here.They're always friendly and helpful, k ow about their offers and usually down for jokes to brighten their workdays.I like the quality of the food
I am a satisfied and loyal customer. However, I would like to make a plead, for you to be considerate of your employees working outside in the heat. Would you please consider allowing them to wear khaki pants or shorts in this Florida heat.
Tiffany RUDE incompetent assistant manager. Order was wrong the 1st time so we called to make sure the 2nd was correct & spoke to Tiffany who said she checked it herself. When the 2nd order got here it was once again incorrect (hashbrowns instead of chicken mini)When I called the 2nd time she swore that she "Personally checked it" even tho it's still the wrong order, corporate is being reached out about this location. LOOK at all the negative reviews just about the staff!
First time at this location and the last. Workers not on the ball. Fooling around at drive thru not helping people in-line slow. When I got to the drive threw and got my food and left they didn't give me a straw for drink or a fork for my food. I had to eat my food with my hand which was messy. No napkins to wipe my messy hands. ?
Chick Fil A is known for great service but this is the best one I've been to. Why is it so hard for other "fast food" companies to hire quality, respectful employees? This location does not only that, but they go even further than the customers expectations, consistently.You guys are awesome and need to be recognized.
Perfect. Easy drive through with very helpful staff. We don't eat out often but when we do this place is excellent. Food is hot and very good. Highly recommend
Each time I visit this Chic-fil-A, I order large fries and. The problem is, I’m given 3/4 of the amount of fries the container can hold. I told the employee helping me, and he suggested I order more french fries. I explained when I pay for a large french fry, I expect a large and not a fraction. He reluctantly resolved my complaint by adding FF to the large container.
Their spicy chicken sandwich is juicy and tasty for a fast food take out place. I had them cater at my last office party and was a hit, their service and delivery were good. The delivery person called me couple times when they were 5 mins late.
This has to be the worst Chick Fil A around. I have given them so many opportunities and last night was my final visit. I live literally across the street from this location and whenever I get home, the food is cold and the fries are very soggy, I literally have to reheat them in my toaster oven. They do not get the orders correct and they are not apologetic about it. I have asked them a few times if they could make my fries well done and they refuse. Ok, so they don't want to make special orders, I get it, but they should atleast be able to deliver hot food. I am over this place and last night we had undercooked chicken and my daughter woke up through the night vomiting for hours. This is it, this Chick Fil A has seen the last of me.
My daughter ordered through doordash a 12ct nugget meal with a large lemonade that was indicated on the Chick-fa-la bags as well but when I received the order I got a 4pc chicken biscuit meal. Now how was it replaced if the bag is sealed and the order is on the sticker. I contacted Chick-fa-la and the manager stated that there was nothing that they can do. How is that when they filled the order, placed in the bag, sealed it?
