I think my wings had been sitting out awhile. They came right away, which makes me think they were a kitchen mistake or that someone sent them back. I was almost done with my wings before the rest of my table received theirs (which looked much better & more fresh).
The service was on point and the waiter gave us recommendations on wings that were great. The prices are very reasonable and the place is very clean. Like most places now there looks like an employee shortage but are food came out fast and service was above average. Definitely a place I'll tell a friend to try. The place operates very well.
What a horrible experience. I waited almost an hour for my food. They messed up the first time, waited for them to correct it.. and once again.. WRONG ORDER! I really don't understand. Waitress wasn't apologetic, nothing! She actually gave us bit of an attitude. There are other factors as to why I won't be returning to this establishment, but I'll end it right here. 0/10 do not recommend.
The staff were friendly and extremely helpful despite being busy and over booked. The food was cooked well and the environment was friendly and clean. I really want to emphasize how the staff were all very helpful despite being busy they made sure they returned with whatever our requests were with pleasant attitudes and apologies for any delays.
Definitely a cool local sports bar, with excellent food too. I swear there was no direction I turned where there wasn't a TV with sports on it. Service is first-rate and you can tell the servers care about pleasing their customers. Simply a great place to grab a quick bite. We love this place and have been coming here for years.
Really nice waitress, pretty good food but this salad was 18.00. I asked for no meat but really?
We’ve been coming here with my husband since forever, after pandemic it wasn’t our brus rooms anymore, the place we felt in love, where we can hangout for a bit after work with friends. We were really sad because everything changes too much like anywhere else all around the world. BUT TODAY, after giving few chances again, we felt our place again, and everything was thank Kim, she was very perfect in very single detail, her service is outstanding in all the words, she made our night and we are more than happy that you got a gem like she is, thank you so much Kim for making us feel so happy as we were before, for sure coming back not just for the amazing grilled wings and our beer, but also for her 100% sure!Thank you Kim! ?
Went to Bru’s Thursday night for dinner. I was very disappointed. I had been there several times for lunch and was very satisfied. Dinner was really bad. I ordered mahi tacos they were cold and not much mahi. I ordered soup French onion was not great.I think the worse was watching our waitress first walking around serving one hand and eating candy out of a bag. No that was not the worse it was watching her brush her hair behind the bar and blowing her noise and never washing her hands. The service of Kimberly was the worse. I will not be there again and will not recommend to anyone as I use to do.
BUGS INSIDE DRINK. Drank my entire lemonade before opening up the lid and finding two dead mosquitos inside of it. One of them was frozen inside of an ice cube and the other had melted into the cup and was just laying at the bottom. Poses a huge food safety issue since mosquitos carry tons of diseases. See attached photo. I ordered through Uber eats. This restaurant needs to check their ice machine, I’d be weary of eating anything from here.
Had the mahi tacos, came with chips & salsa. Really good! Nothing fancy, but tasty fish and good sauce. Service was good, beer was cold, what more can you ask for?
