Met our friend for lunch. First time here and had the most delicious Italian food I have ever experienced. We had a calzone, lasagna and eggplant Supreme. You will not be disappointed!! Will definitely return soon.

I had never ordered food from Bella Roma before. I was looking for something close to my home that made chicken franchise. I heard their food was kind of pricey, but I figured it would be worth it. It certainly was not!. Very disappointed! The chicken was dry and over cooked. The pasta was not served in a Franchise sauce but more of a gravy sauce. Everything about the salad was soggy. Even the garlic rolls were over cooked and crunchy on the corners. Don’t wast your time or money!!!
Bella Roma, our neighborhood Italian Restaurant has good food. Should anything else matter?The young employees do not greet you. Very few of them smile. One has his pants half down showing underwear. They answer the phone uninterested. Every call requires your phone number, which is standard, but starts a series of daily annoying adv texts. They will not take a pickup order without your phone#.The food is good which is why I sometimes still go there.
What an awful experience. It felt like it was my servers 1st day on the job and wasn't trained at all. Took over 15m to get my drink and over an hour for my food. When it came out you could tell they rushed it because it looked like straight garbage. I've never seen a flat Stromboli in my life.If you're going here walk past them to brgrstop, it's 100x better.
No gloves, come from outside and don't wash hands, go straight to prepare food, nose wiping, scratches his back with the pizza board and used it to take out a pizza. Cook opened up some chicken tenders to see if they were fully cooked. With his bare hands and then refried them. When asked for the manager, found out it was the manager practicing unsafe hygiene to prepare food.
We went there couple minutes for a pizza. It was very salted and the service was really bad. The server looked at us like we were aliens and threw off the plates on the table while the service was nice to others. We left the whole pizza on the table and exited immediately.
This place is amazing. It is a must try. We stopped by with a family of 9 on a very busy night when they were short staffed, and the staff still did a fantastic job. Extremely polite and friendly even with all the stress going on. They warned us up front that the service may be a little slow, but everything came out in a timely fashion. The food was fantastic as well. We had the shrimp scampi, the fettuccine alfredo, a philly cheese steak sandwich and a large cheese pizza, all of which were cooked to perfection. The zeppole's are really good too. Thank you for a great meal!Oh and OMG THE GARLIC ROLLS!!!!!
The food is delicious here. I only had the spinach calzone without the ricotta cheese, it was good. It would've freshly spinach it would have gr8ter.
Food is great but the delivery wait is ridiculous! They always tell me an hour but it ends up being 2 hours and when I call to see where my food is they just say oh it's on the way. Only order here if you're planning on picking up your food.
