I ate there during our stay, it took a little while to get our food but they were up front about it, they had a private party. The food was fantastic! My wife and I loved it.

Our stay was absolutely awesome. The front desk personal were extremely accommodating and professional, Alanna in particular. The hotel was clean, the rooms were great, and Coco Beach was great. definitely would stay again.

I planned for a long time to take my wife to Cocoa beach. I booked this hotel online via Marriott's Bonvoy website. I paid the top rate for an ocean front, suite. When I arrived at 530PM< they told me that they were sorry but they didn't have any clean front rooms available. They put us in an inferior room facing the highway and offered me a $25 room discount. WHAT A RIP=OFF!! So disappointed in Marriott. Oh, and I am a LIFETIME GOLD ELITE MEMBER--so, go figure.

Meh. Not a great menu. A bit pricey. At 6pm they didn't have the type bread my sandwich was to have been made with. Sandwich was otherwise okay; fries were meh.

It's convenient when you don't want to get out of the hotel to eat. It's price and you have to order and pay before at the cashier, then go to have a table. The food is ok, you can eat better for the same price.

We've stayed here a few times before and always had at least one big problem with the room. This time was different. Just some little ones. We had 2 free night Marriott certificates that were going to expire soon so we decided to use them here. We are Marriott Gold members. We booked a king bed room with balcony. We were given a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the front entrance and the parking lot. I guess being a gold member doesn't mean anything. OK, we didn't use the balcony. The room itself was fine. Very big and very clean. Sofa was not comfortable at all. Had a fridge and microwave. Bathroom was typical with average vanity space. Bed was comfy. Two problems. I like a dark room at night. I had to stuff a towel under the door to the hallway because the light from under it light up the room. Also, the light from the microwave was very very bright so I threw a towel over it too. That did help. This room did have the "dreaded" half drape over the air conditioner. The air conditioning, by the way, was about 3 feet from the bed and at bed height. It was hot outside but it did do its job. We are beach people so we know to park closer to the Hampton Inn because that's where the beach access is. We left all of our beach stuff in our car and got it each day on the way to the beach. We did not have any meals here but the hotel is in a very good location for many restaurants. I do want to say that all of the employees here are wonderful. They all go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. Even though they charge $10/day for parking, this is really the only place I would stay in Cocoa Beach.

This is a great location and a good value if your staying in Cocoa Beach. The Check In was fast and efficient despite the fact they were training someone new. The lobby and public areas including the pool and outdoor lounging area are very nice. My room was spacious with a decent view of the Atlantic. Room air conditioner was somewhat noisy and bed frame was not flush with the bed making a rocking motion when I went to get in and out of bed. All in all decent Courtyard and I would stay here again. I thought the rates were good for the beach.

Great location/great value. Clean and friendly staff. The room was spacious . Parking is limited. Located close to the pier, the main streets and all the restaurants. View of the ocean is limited. It is not located on the beach and it does not have beach access.

Twenty four family members rented rooms while in town for a family funeral. Price was insane, I paid $275 for one night for my husband and I. Our party requested a meeting room for the family to visit and we were shown all of the lobby spaces and told we could choose whichever we wished. We were told we could serve the food we brought in, cheese, crackers and fruit as long as we cleaned up afterwards. We requested garbage bags and these were provided. About 20 minutes later we were told we were disrupting other guests and would have to go outside to the smoking area. There were no other guests around at that time. About 30 minutes after that, we were told we would have to move back inside because this was the smoking area (sake shift manager). When we objected we were told we could stay outside but we’d need to leave the smokers alone, there weren’t any. About another 30 minutes later the maintenance staff told us we’d have to go inside do they could close the smoking area because the “bar” closes at 11:00. It was 10:00. We stayed and they turned the outside lights off. The worst is that we had requested a meeting room so that we wouldn’t interfere with the other guests, we were told we couldn’t have a meeting room and then we were told the next day that we should have requested a meeting room and we wouldn’t have had this problem. If you want an expensive hotel with uncommunicative and rude staff, this is your hotel.

Very friendly and helpful
