This place is never open when they are supposed to be the workers are very lazy. You can see the workers sitting outside in their cars and the drive-through line will be packed and no one will be answering. Honestly I wouldn’t mind if it was once in a blue moon but this . is every single time with this place. Do yourself a favor and drive to Merritt Island you might as well do that instead of waiting in the drive-through for 30 minutes just to receive no service.
DO NOT GO HERE! The doors are always locked. They choose when to be open or not. Who is the manager? I even saw the Brinks Armed Guard money guy not be able to make his pickup and delivery!!! Who runs a business like this? Get over the covid BS. Take ownership of your bad hiring practices! Employees- - STEP UP YOUR GAME!! Have some personal integrity!!
On a Friday morning, 3/18/22, 7:30 am, had no issues whatsoever. Drive-thru experience was pleasant and efficient. Dining room was closed due to minimal staff. Should also mention that unlike other locations, here they don't start making your mobile order until you arrive and check in. I mean using the app is still convenient, it just doesn't save you any time.
Lunch box deal, stupid slow location, lobby is locked. Obviously understaffed. No excuse for this. Stop blaming everything on the stooopid chineseBS.
Devon was on point with his customer service as soon as we pulled up. And we even had to wait a moment we didn't even mind for once because of how nicely he asked. This man deserves a raise. He deserves 18 an hour. He be making tacos all day for Taco Bell which is a multi-million dollar industry. And he is on point with everything. You go Devon. You the real GOAT
This taco sucks. Order is always wrong. Food is either burnt or undercooked. The kids working here are disrespectful brats. On several occasions they say they’re closed in the middle of the day or evening just so they don’t have to take orders. On one occasion I saw them all outside smoking when they told me they were closed. This Taco Bell is trash.
Staff is terrible here. Only drive through due to staff shortage half the menue they didn't have just close the doors on this place what a mess. Waited 25 minutes for food that looked like it was thrown together then wrapped up. Sauce meat all over the package what a mess I threw out the food after looking in the bag and went to McDonald's. Waste of 30 bucks never going back until new management takes over so.e day when this place finally face plants
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I placed my order today for a burrito and 3 tacos. Went through the drive through, and the person at the window just thrust the bag through to us without looking at us, and shut the door after the handoff with not a single word said to us. When we checked the bag, the tacos were pretty much 90% lettuce and tomato, virtually no meat, and the 5-layer burrito was just beef inside. Not going back to this location again.
My wife wanted to eat hear but when we arrived at 5:30pm the dining room was closed. I tried the drive through, but they cannot accept if I'm not in a car... my truck is too big to get in. Waste of 20 mins. At least IHOP is across the road!
Food great but last 2 x I've been there, months apart, I waited in the drive thru, that only had 1 car ahead of me, for almost 25minuites before I could even place my order!! Something has to be done at this location!
