I ordered 2 coffee, blonde roast. Instead of the person taking the money pouring the coffee and letting me be on my way. I waited 20 MINUTES then my ticket came up for 2 blonde roast coffees then the same person who took my money poured it. The lady taking money was not busy w a line of people, she was refilling things. When I paid I even asked if she could pour the 2 blonde roast and she said no. Every other Starbucks has the cashier pour normal coffees but not this one. Beyond ridiculous. 20 minutes for 2 blonde roast coffees which could have taken 1 min to pour
Bella the barista was such a girl boss and slayed!! the material gurl was such a good drink! she has such great ideas and good taste in music.
Prices are much higher than every other Starbucks.

Drinks were good as they are all the time. They were out of a lot of food. Staff wasn’t super friendly but was not rude either. I’m sure they were understaffed as everywhere is at this time.

Ordered a non fat latte with a little splash of cream I normally would never say anything but the person who made my drink, Cory, added like sugar or Splenda or something and made it way too sweet which I didn’t ask for so the drink it inedible.
Not just coffee ... but nice options over the normal coffee shops. Id say they know they are next to a hotel, and have more than most shops. This makes them a winner, in my book!!
