I happened to be driving towards Cocoa Beach and saw this location, so I made a u-turn and drove in. I just wanted to have a nice Chai Tea Latte and do some work. It was the perfect venue for such, always has been in my experience, and the staff/ team working 16:00-17:00 were so pleasant with every guest, and they all had a happy aura around them, and I believe everyone that was inside, and even outside, felt this! It was a great environment that you & your people made, respected and fully supported! I will be seeing Starbucks again :-)
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and have never heard such rude comments before than I have with this new staff. The rough looking blonde girl that works in the morning in particular. I myself have worked in customer service for 15 years and you really just need to learn to keep your mouth shut and rude comments about peoples orders to yourself.

We went through the drive thru, and although there was only one car in front of us, we waited 7-10 minutes. Personally, I think if there is a holdup with someone's order, they should have them pull aside so not everyone is held up. So very slow... Once we got our order, it was perfect. Just the wait was awful.
Becca is the absolute goat and deserves a raise… Super friendly, nice, and helped pay for my drink with her own money when my gift cards came up short.
Tai was so pleasant. We're here on vacation and have visited this store 5 or 6 times. Tai by far the friendliest but drinks always on point

It was good. I highly recommend the iced cold brew with four pumps of white chocolate, two pumps of classic, with heavy cream. Delicious!
