The staff is great, kind, and super friendly. Love the environment with the music and big fish tank and you can watch them make your pizza by hand! The food is great. The portions are big so make sure you are hungry. The starters are great! The first time we came, we at 4 of the starters and were full by the time the entrees came. The second time we came, we ordered 3 entrees and got a pizza to split and it was amazing. Overall a great place to try if you are on vacation and I definitely recommend!

We had nachos for an appetizer. The cheese was not melted on top and the chips were burnt on bottom. It’s not that hard to make nachos, cmon. My brother had ordered a pizza, but it turned out that they couldn’t make it so they promised to give him a free meal and to take 15% off of the total order.The food ended up being pretty shabby. My sisters tater tots were very greasy. My gator tacos had very stale tortillas and the sauce had hardened. Then they charged us for the pizza they didn’t give us, and didn’t take off 15% like they said they would.
Cute restaurant, very convenient as it was attached to our hotel. Kids loved the aquarium and we had the sweetest waitress who even helped us out in the elevator earlier in the day. I wish I could remember her name, she was young with blonde hair, and so polite. I would hire her in a heartbeat. We ate here Tuesday March 22 at about 8:45pm. The kitchen was out of a lot of what we ordered due to it being Monday after a long weekend. We completely understood. Our waitress was so apologetic although no fault of her own and even gave us 15% off our meal, which we very much appreciated. The food/drinks we did receive was great. We left full. I would go back and definitely recommend. Please keep this staff member she deserves a raise :) Thanks again!
Sat at the aquarium and watched the fish whilst we waited for our food. Food and drinks came quickly. Food was very good. Longest wait was waiting to be seated. Alexis was our server and was over several times to check on us.
The food was not hot and not well prepared. It arrived quickly so I suspect it was pre-prepared and left out. Veggie burger was bland. Service was ok.
Overall good food, seemed busy but kitchen was fast and service was nice. Got the waffle burger and it was good as was the chicken and waffles
Thomas and his fun facts about the local wild life was awesome. we came back twice for foods. We had the gator and fish tacos the first time then the gator bites the second. He wasn’t even our server but he was so attentive and helpful to us. It was our first time having gator and it was delicious.
Came here on recommendation from our bus driver after docking on our NCL cruise. Absolutely no regrets - Alexis was our bartender and made the best margaritas you’ll ever have. Decided to try the loaded nachos “appetizer” and we were NOT prepared. It was a full meal, and we added the chicken carnitas onto it and WOW, between me and my husband, we couldn’t finish everything. Alexis was very attentive, and were we closer, we would definitely be regulars. Don’t know what she’s being paid, but it’s not enough! A+++ for Alexis and the Shark Pit Grill!
This was the first meal I had while on vacation and thanks to Nick, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was extremely nice and hospitable. He made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. The food was really good and you definitely get your money’s worth. Thanks Nick!! You are awesome ?
