Best fish tacos and Carne Asada tacos EVER. I can't wait to go back next trip, it will be our first stop. I also loved the Mermaid Water cocktail. This place is loud and crazy, with live music. So much fun if you like to people watch. Drinks are strong, service was great considering how busy they were. I would take our kids for lunch or an early dinner, but evening is best for an adult night out.
I stopped in here for a few libations before dinner and all I can say is this place is a lot of fun! It is lively and festive. I vaguely remember being here years ago and don’t know why it took so long to return. The service at the bar was outstanding and the prices very reasonable. Absolutely worth a visit if in the Cocoa Beach area!
We really enjoyed the colorful Tiki and surf-bum kitsch at the entrance of this restaurant. The place has a great vibe. It was half price taco and beer night when we visited this sports bar for dinner, so it was hopping and crowded. To get a table you had to hover and pounce on a table as it opened. This created some interesting dynamics. Once seated we enjoyed the tacos, beer, and character of the place very much and had a most excellent time. We appreciated our waitress, Michelle M. She did a great job taking and getting our food and drink orders to us in the noisy, boisterous and crowded environment.
Outstanding! Came here at recommendation of a friend and he under sold it. The food was the best in Cocoa Beach. Tried the chips and salsa, guacamole. So so good. They used a cracked black pepper in it which is such a tremendous addition.Also had the fish tacos with and blackened shrimp tacos. OH GOD they were phenomenal! The fish was flaky, perfectly cooked. Shrimp were plump and delicious. Highly recommend this place. Would LOVE to come back and have a few drinks.
Visiting and will definitely visit again before we flight out. A family friendly sports bar. We went on karaoke night and it was friendly staff, patrons and a great experience! Just off the ocean breeze, with pizza, wings, smoked fish dip, never skimped drinks and I highly recommend!! Parking is easy, plenty of seating and prices are very reasonable.
This place was really neat. Lots of stuff hanging up to look at. I had 3 tacos and fries. The shrimp taco was damn good as was the Carne asada. The fish taco was alright I'm just not a big fish eater so my opinion on it might be biased. I will definitely go back when we are back in the area.
Couldn't get a seat inside because it was so busy but that was fine because there was a band and the sound was turned up to "way too loud". We sat in a front parking lot converted to a seating area which turned out to be fine. The service was good and the food even better. As promised the tacos are fantastic and the beer is cold. Overall a great beach eatery.

We were visiting Cocoa Beach and just walking along the shore when we decided to look for a place to get something to eat. We found Sandbar and checked out the menu, which had a lot of variety, so we found a table and stayed for dinner. They have a lot of Beers on tap and dinner specials, so we made our choices and then decided on the pizza. The place was really busy, but we didn't have to wait very long and out came the biggest pizza I've ever seen! And it was piping hot and delicious. We actually too half of it home and had a 2nd dinner the next day. I'm thinking that whenever we go into CB, we are going to stop there and try something different. If you pick the Sanbar, you can't go wrong. And the place looks really cool as well - it's different!
