We stop by this restaurant thinking that they will serve decent Mexican food but we left very disappointed. Rice and beans tasted old and they serve tap water even in the children lemonades. The only dish that tasted ok and fresh was the shrimp ceviche and fries. We are giving 2 starts just because of the good service from the waiter.
This is the best Mexican food in Cocoa Beach, if not Central Florida. The street tacos are fantastic and very authentic. I've tried nearly half the menu over the past two weeks since I first visited, and I've yet to be disappointed. If you're visiting the area or live in Brevard County, you owe it to yourself to enjoy a meal here. The prices are very reasonable as well, which should encourage you to try a few different things on the menu and find your own favorite. They also offer Taco Tuesday deals for $2 street tacos all day! This unassuming spot hides huge flavor.
Hands down my new favorite place for Mexican food. Had the street tacos with/ shred beef, and the chicken chimichanga and let me tell you, it was the best I have ever had. I was offered hot sauce, I asked for cholula, they didn’t have it but was quickly offered they’re homemade hot sauce..man…so much flavor with a tiny bit of heat. The service was great, food was awesome..you gotta get here!!
AMAZING service always. Tacos typically come with twin tortillas, heavy on the protein of your choice, or veggies/vegan, and if you love extras (limes, onions, cilantro, etc.) you get what you ask for no problem. Everything else is great as well but I always use tacos as a baseline. Killer Tacos = killer everything else, Clean taps with Modelo to Bud Lite, short or Tall upon request. ENJOY!!! Oh, and the fresh made salsa and chips as soon as you hit the table or bar, SOLD!
Since discovering this gem, I have come back a total of 6 times so far. The service is great (esp. Jocelyn) and the food is amazing! Staff recommendations were top notch. All dishes I tried were delicious. You can taste the freshness of the products and the love in preparing the meals. I have recommended it to friends who thanked me for the tip, they loved it as well. 100% I’ll be back many more times.
Plenty of parking and host was able to accommodate our group (8) fairly quickly for lunch. Waitress was friendly and provided recommendations - very attentive and brought drinks / chips right away. Good variety of dishes and "quick lunch items" on the menu. Portions were average-sized but hot and delicious. Price range as expected and definitely hit the spot after a long day of driving. BONUS: parking lot is only two blocks from Cocoa Beach - hearty meal followed by a short stroll to the beachfront. Win-win!
Every time I come to this place the staff is friendly, attentive, and polite. The food hasn't disappointed in the 6 months my fiancee and I have been going here. Definitely worth the experience and I'm personally a fan of their barbacoa tacos.
3.5 really. The service was amazing! Super friendly people and the food didnt take long to come to the table. The beans and rice were phenomenal and I definitely reccomend the lemonade. However the main dishes were a bit bland. We ordered the Mexico's burrito topped with queso and a side of rice. And to be honest it tasted like an arbys roast beef sandwich with queso. We also ordered the tamales dinner that came with 2 pork tamales, a salad, beans, and rice. The tamales were a bit small and very underwhelming in flavor. Great service, amazing side dishes, bland food.
Just wow! We're from New Mexico but my brother has been living in the UK for the last decade, while we were in FL visiting grandparents he was really craving good Mexican food. Picked this place based on its rating and the photos of the food, and to say we were satisfied would be an understatement. Definitely ate way to much! Everything was amazing and our waitress was excellent and a fun person to interact with. 10/10 would eat here again without question.
