The McDonald's on Cocoa Beach is absolutely atrocious only because they overcharge for everything including sauces. Oh I don't mean barbecue or ranch or something like that. No I mean a side of Mac sauce would usually cost 35 cents but there it cost $0.35 a squirt it takes about three to fill one up or get it close to the top. So being almost a dollar for one sauce. To be more specific, it's the manager with the nose piercing like a bull. Yeah, she's enforcing that stupid rule. How it's a rule. I have no idea considering it's the only McDonald's that does that.

I was not happy with the food! the burger was burnt the chicken nuggets we're not all cooked some of them were still cold and gooey stuck to one another the fries were cold and she replaced them with burnt ones I will definitely not go to that McDonald's again. We love McDonald's I probably buy 2-3 times a week from the McDonald's in Rockledge it really makes a difference if you care about what you're serving.

Just last week I figured I'd give this McDonald's across the street from Ron Jon's another go at it.If I ever have a McDonald's craving, I usually drive down to the one in Cape Canaveral, simply because their food is fresher, and their service is 10's friendlier.A couple days ago I visited this establishment, figuring I will give it another try instead of driving down to the Cape Canaveral location.I asked for extra pickles and extra onions on a quarter pounder, and a double cheeseburger with shredded lettuce. Of course they're not ready to just grab out of the window like that, so they had me pull up to the #1 spot to wait. The only reason I sat there as long as I did is because I wanted to see just how long this would take. 13 minutes later, they brought out my two sandwiches. If they think this is acceptable, they should just close down the restaurant altogether. I have never waited that long for any fast food, and simply because I asked for two sandwiches with "special instructions" they had to have me pull up and wait that long for my food?Completely unacceptable. It's like they did it intentionally, to punish me for asking for something different than what is on the board. Also, they simply are not polite, nor friendly, like the McDonald's in Cape Canaveral.Do yourself a favor and drive to Cape Canaveral if you want McDonald's...it's 100% worth the difference.

I am not a huge McD's fan but it is right across from our hotel and familiar. We had breakfast there a couple times and it is always fast, easy and delicious. The workers are always friendly as well.

Your employees are unable to read a label to see what type of oil is used in the restaurant they work in. Told me to look online. You lost an order from a family of 5 when I already knew the answer but your employees are clueless and don't care if what they serve can actually kill a person.

This franchise is completely unprofessional and rude to not only its employees but it’s customers. They are discriminatory against pregnant women. They speak wrongfully about mental disorders. They scream at customers.

The restaurant was packed but only one register was manned. Both electronic kiosks were available but operation was... questionable. I say questionable because after inputting our order electronically, the kiosk directed us to pay for our order at the register anyway (because it was +$60, I was told) and it *still* took 20 minutes (and an update request) for it to appear in the kitchen to be prepared.Due to the length of our wait, I expected our food to show evidence that it had been freshly made. #spoileralert: it didn't. ? The burgers were lukewarm and greasy and the french fries cold and limp.Don't get me wrong. I know that the 3 expectations for McDonald's (hot, fast, and cheap) should be kept pretty low and am typically fine with receiving any 2 out of 3.Unfortunately, this location managed to provide 0/3, and left much to be desired.

Usually pretty quick especially with a long line. They work through a large line of customers like no other. It’s consistent with all other McDonald’s in the area which the chain seems to be good at. Just be sure to stick to menu items with no modifications at all even something as simple as no pickles can throw them off they’re game at times. If it wasn’t for the fact that I’ve ordered a bacon quarter pounder twice with no pickle modification and it not come with bacon id rate higher.

The kisoks, are back! So easy to order. Food was delicious. FF were hot and crispy. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were very nice. Thank you.

Helpful employees. Food prepared and served quickly. Large dining area is kept very clean at all times. Clean restrooms. One of the nicest McDonalds in the area.
