Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. From the dirty tables to the stand-off-ish staff members and the low quality food which is far below the standards of other locations I’ve visited and enjoyed. Tried to use coupon and the cashier refused to try applying it, saying it wasn’t a number so she couldn’t do it. Then, the rosemary bread was burnt, there were two stems of pepper in one of the Philly’s and the steak was very over cooked. The majority of our subs were inedible. I will consider visiting Mike’s again back in my region with the trusted management and staff, but certainly won’t return to this one. Needs a serious overhaul. Thanks for your time.

I had the big kahuna cheese steak and it was delicious. Good customer service. Fast service. Clean store. Good location with a lot of amenities in the area.
Placed a large catering order and had to change the date multiple times. The staff was always accommodating and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or ruining their day. Garrison was helpful every time i called (and it was a lot) and all other staff was polite as well. Great staff at this location!

Terrible customer service!!Very disappointed with the disposition of the girls that work there. I was unaware that they didnt have meatball subs anymore and the snarky sub making clerk with the shaved head snapped "ahh we havent had meatballs in like a year" This is the 3rd time in a row that i was in there two different girls with bad attitudes, first two times same girl one of the times customer before me walked out this last time a different girl and the girls were very snippy and rude. They made it very clear they did not want to be there. 3 strikes, although i love their subs, i will never patronize them again. Walked out the door and across the parking lot to Publix and bought my subs. Saved money and Publix deli staff are always friendly.Very disgusted with Jersey Mikes Cocoa Beach staffs customer service and attitudes.Saddened customer
Roast beef was perfect, tender and mid rare. Bread was fresh...perfect sub
I’ve had JM’s sandwiches several times now. I think there roast beef is delicious. But I find there prices are high and the sandwiches are kinda small for the price they charge. The last order we had the bread was totally soggy with too much vinegar and oil. We ate the meat but as a sandwich both the roast beef and the Italian were horrible. Really zero stars, sorry mike, less ads more quality

The girls working here at 345 were absolutely awesome, had a big order and didnt cringe at all, im from out of town and knew nothing about getting to the beach and they took the time to make suggestions on where to go, customer service at its best
