There were not many restaurants in Cocoa beach toenjoy a good breakfast, so my family and I went towhat we know I-hop. Erica seated us really quickly.She took the time to explain what the contents ofthe menu and the options to make our breakfastmore enjoyable. The male and female cooks cookedour meals just as how we wanted it. The poblanoomelette had plenty of flavor and the right amountof spice. The hearty grain pancake was loaded withnuts. My little one had the cake pancake. Erica putthe cream on the side for her just in case it was waytoo sweet. Which I totally agree. Definitely will comeback out here again for a quick breakfast bite.Thanks ladies and gentlemen.
I had an amazing experience today. Erica was my waitress and she was on point! We only waited 4 minutes to get sat, drinks and food came out fast. Erica did a great job refilling our drinks at halfway, and checking on us. It has been a very long time that I had exceptional service! This is a very small Ihop but they know how to manage. Food was delicious. I recommend anyone to come here. We had gone to Dennys down the street before coming here and we had to leave because we were ignored for 40 minutes at Dennys.
Ok so I’m horrible with names but I believe our server’s name was Pamela (I hope I got this right), & she was out of this world! Gave us a fabulous recommendation on their turkey melt which was excellent! We came on a slow night so service was super quick! Very clean, friendly environment! The chef in the back popped his head out to make sure everything was good and gave us a big smile! We went to the beach afterward and stopped at a gas station to use the restroom but unfortunately, it was out of service, so we popped back to the IHOP a couple of blocks away and she had no problem letting us come back an hour after we were done eating to use the restroom real quick before they closed!! A+! Thanks for a great dining experience!
We had an amazing server, she kept us laughing the entire time we was there. Helped me pick my order out and then ensured that the chef didn't accidently forget our no tomato request. Food was amazing but the service was out of this world. 10/10
Jojo and Tamela are the best waitresses. We came down for spring break from Canada and this was our first time here. We love ihop and ate here 3 times in a week. These girls work their butt off and gave us the best experience and our food was always great :) 5⭐️ ?
Although customer service was good. We were not fans! Pancakes were made very small and we're over cooked. We are avid IHOP visitors and know our pancakes. We won't revisit this location.
So the glass of oj I received had someone else's lip stick on the glass (still dirty) and there was a brown floating object in the oj. The hash browns are never cooked in the center, always raw. But overall it's always busy when Dennys down the road always has empty tables.
Great customer service. Clean environment. But, this is the only IHOP I've been to where the pancakes were smaller then the standard size we get in Maryland. They were also overcooked.

While vacationing in Cocoa Beach recently, we got carry out breakfast 2 days and ate in 1 day at this IHop. We ordered on Line and Breakfast was ready and waiting when we got there. It was delicious and nice and hot. The morning we ate inside, was also great. Our waiter was friendly, fast and efficient and the food was Fantastic.
