Great service and great ice creams!
Unique Ice cream spot. Friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed it and were happy that they have shaved ice! We’re from out of town but can’t wait to go back
Staff was excellent and well versed in Ice cream . very respectful and pleasant and eager to help ..even with the works of art or xtreme shakes there called. it smells wonderful in there every time I visit. outside seating is a wonderful atmosphere for all .will return every chance we get!
Yummy milkshakes. They need to get strawberry flavored ice cream tho.
The ice cream is 6/10. It’s not amazing, but it certainly wasn’t bad. The condition of the building is 7/10. It is in good condition, bar the bathroom door in the back. The environment and staff is a 2/10. When my friend was being yelled at by a racist customer (we are Hispanic immigrant from Peru with green cards), instead of helping, the staff proceeded to also yell at her to move out of the way. Someone called the police, so we had to leave. If you are white, you’ll love the place. If your of another ethnicity or race, then watch out.
My family and I were here last week and I am just now getting to write my review. We had a terrible experience. Both the front end till guy and the older gentleman were very rude. My husband went to order a cheesecake sundae and the till guy snapped at him, immediately saying they didn't have cheesecake. The guy in the back asked him to check, but we were never told if they did so my husband ordered something else. I went to order a browine sundae and the older gentleman in the back shot out, "we don't have brownies". After that the rest of our family ordered, but took a little bit. During this time the guy in the front was on his phone...while we were deciding what to order. The gentleman in the back took a minute to apologize for being rude and said that the people who closed last night didn't do anything and they were trying to catch up.Once everyone ordered and we paid, the till guy made a comment, "we are trying to catch up...but people keep coming in." To our face like we shouldn't have came in to order and we were being an inconvenience.As he started to make our ice cream, we noticed he was making my husbands with cheesecake that we were under the impression they did not have. We ended up paying for both, but only needed one of them. I didn't ask for a refund, I just asked my husbands second order to not be made to not waste it and I got a lot of attitude for this.When the younger guy went to make mine, which was changed to a hot fudge sundae and he yells across the room that they are out of hot fudge but could do chocolate. By now we had paid and everyone else had ice cream. I asked if I could have it replaced with something else and he said yes. As I was deciding the younger one came up to me with vanilla soft serve in a waffle cone. I asked what it was and he said its what I wanted. I never asked for that and hadn't even said what I wanted. I told him so and he visibly got upset. He demanded what I wanted, I picked a scoop from the case. He slammed open the case, threw the ice cream in, slammed the case back open gave it to me and walked away.I understand being behind from the night before, what I cannot understand is the immediate rudeness and disrespect. One person apologized, but then the lack of customer service, being kind and not being rude continued. If we ever make our way back to the area we will not be coming back.
Friendly service, great little outdoor sitting area and generous ice cream.My wife and I had different versions of a banana split and both were great. The employees are friendly and everything was super clean.The "beach" sitting area is a great spot to relax, or jump across the street to the park and beach area.

The place is neat and the ice cream and the murals are great, but the guy at the register could earn a lot better tips for everyone with a friendlier attitude. Everyone else there seemed really cool though. Maybe one of them ought to be at the register? Just a thought.
The kids enjoyed their ice cream. We ordered a banana split which was made with chocolate ice cream, please specify that on the picture, not a chocolate soft serve fan. The root beer float was amazing. Outdoor seating was comfortable and plenty of space even being busy.
