beware when ordering from the app, they are likely to not have what you ordered and not have a substitute, as this has happened multiple times. that’s is they even allow mobile ordering, as they have turned this off during “peak times”. I have given this dunkin several chances (10+) hoping each time will be better, yet let down time and time again. the staff are clearly overworked and being in a tourist town, the chaos and confusion inside the store is very real. inconsistent coffee and food. save yourself the headache and drive to another Dunkin.
I received a Boston Cream with a tiny circle of chocolate on top of it. When I complained to the cashier, she said, “I know, I was mad when I saw those”. It was lost on her that passing such a donut onto a paying customer would spread that anger multifold to the people that keep her in business. She refused to exchange the donut for another or give me a refund.
These employees deserve a raise there was 3 employees with a line out the door and they were moving fast. Maybe a 5min wait in line and our food and drinks were almost out immediately. I was quite surprised. 10/10 recommended

I get the supply chain problem. I'd been to another Dunkin so got the app, wanted to go to this one close to us. Waited in line, asked for a medium hot latte. She rang it in and was told no medium cups. I said I'd go large & was told only had small. I said Okay, then said, "wait, if I got cold I can get medium, right?" She said, "you want it cold?" I said yes. I ended up with a small medium! I also did not get my donut so I stood around, asked for it and then got it. IDK what I actually paid for as I also got no receipt. Again, I get it is hard to get help. I get supply chain and they were off loading cups as I waited. Should she have said, the truck is here if you want to wait? Should she have understood I really wanted medium? IDK. I'll try again sometime. Probably not tomorrow, though, given this.Seems most reviews like this store and I know we get a large number of tourists making this busy. Trying to be fair here.
MANAGER CANT EVEN TELL ME IF HIS PRODUCTS CONTAIN DAIRY WHEN ASKED. As he sits in the corner of the store on a laptop.....POOR MANAGEMENT THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES. This was a 5 star place until management started not to care.Go complain to the manager and ask why all their wonderful employees quit.I have been going in this dunkin donuts everyday for a few months now (I'm doing roadwork down the road)There's always these 3 girls that literally hold the place together. With all the tourists and people like me working early. This place is packed every a.m.They're always still very nice and would get my meals out perfectly and in short time. The past few days all of the food hasn't been in stock.I noticed today those 3 were not there...There's a different staff and they had food..I feel bad for those 3 girls. I don't know what exactly happened....lol they could've just finally gotten a day off(which I doubt..like I said I've been going here for months and they're always there)I just hope they weren't forced to quit due to poor management, so that's why I must write this.UPDATE: 1 member is left of the staff...all the others have left.....
Pretty neat DD, it’s nice inside. It gets really busy so you may have to wait in line a bit. Also this location does not support mobile orders so your only option is to wait in line.

Hours are not accurate as they are very understaffed. I feel really bad for them as one lady said she works from opening to close and it's only her. Food/drinks are okay. Not fresh and most likely sit out all night. Doughnuts are on the dryer side. I had an iced coffee as well which was great but a little sweet for my taste.
Help is hard to find but more help is needed. The one girl working was great but needed help. Some people left rather than wait in a long line...
