I asked for a latte with almond milk, the girl who took the order said that they will prepare the coffee and said that there is no almond milk, but wouldn't it be better if she told me this without taking the order, okay, I accepted the honor, but she wanted to give me half a latte because I wanted less ice, you already took the extra almond milk money from me. I wanted to meet you, same careless attitude, it was very annoying. I left without my coffee. It looked so dirty anyway that I didn't want to buy a shop. This event took place on June 19th. Tamam
Never had a complaint about this Dunkin before until today. Usually the staff is really nice and understanding. Have been to this location multiple times and never had an issue or an unpleasant interaction. Today though I got to meet their new young brunette hire, who's incredibly unpleasant and impolite! I have a lot of respect for food service workers as it's a labor intensive and demanding job, but this was beyond just being stressed. Seemed like she went out of her way just to be rude. After getting my friend and I's drink wrong she refused to remake it and said we were unfamiliar with the recipe so how would we know it was incorrect. We told her we never had the drink made the way she did it and she demanded that every other time it was made it was incorrect. Because of her attitude we just requested some creamer in fear that if we insisted she remade it she would've spit in it or something like that.The older workers and other young ladies (especially the blonde one with freckles) are super cool and polite, always accommodating. If you see the young brunette with long hair, take a rain check on Dunkin though.
Saturday 2pm o'clock in the afternoon pouring down rain I was the only customer in the store All I wanted was hot cup of ☕️ I was wet from the rain. I waited a good 10 minutes before somebody came to the register to help me and I actually had To call them. Sorry drive-through goes first. I said all I want is a regular coffee in a donut. The coffee was made&the donut was on the self.He turned his back and went back to drive-through but it wood has taken him maybe 3 minutes for the whole transaction Thumbs down Dunkin' donuts in Cocoa Beach.?
Lately I have hate going into most Dunkin Donuts, but... The one in Cassleberry was... bad but...This was a refreshing change. The young lady working seemed to like her job and wasn't miserable and trying to take it out on everyone... or acting like... how dare you be a walk in customer. She was friendly. Seriously... It made me want to come back. Thank you!
Three high school girls, working there in the early morning, need training on customer service. Inmature and not tuned in to to job at hand with the customer.
Terrible customer service. Not from here but you would expect a place to be a little more customer service friendly. Literally the only thing they had right about mine and my wife's order were the hash browns, which were burnt, they told us they were out of cold foam, then at the window handed us the wrong drink, with cold foam in it. When we were ordering we asked to get bacon and she just told us "no" .. idk what we're expected to say back to just "no" .. and still didn't give us the chicken croissant or the right coffe order after correcting it.. bad service
Kate and Dora are amazing!!! I placed my order via the Dunkin' app and when I got there, what I ordered was out of stock but Kate and Dora went above and beyond to make sure we left happy with our order! My family and I are from Oklahoma and we prefer this Dunkin' location 1000x more than the other Cocoa Beach location! We are always greeted with a friendly employee at the 695 N Atlantic location and they are quick and proficient with the orders! I've never had a bad experience here! Again, Kate and Dora, I thank you for being so extremely patient, helpful and sweet to our five kiddos, my husband and myself! We can't wait to come visit you again on our next trip to CB! ❤❤
i order 2 donuts, a large frozen coffee, and a wake-up sausage wrap. Their were ants all in lover the bag and all in my food, the wrap was rock hard and my drink wasn't even filled to the top. I never even got my full refund back, truly disgusting. 0/5 stars if I could.
Consistantly inconsistant. You never know what temperature your coffee will be. One day it'll be scalding and another it will be barely warm. Frustrating. Unfortunately this is the only coffee shop downtown with a drive-thru.
The manager Haley was screaming and cussing every time I come in besides that, the food was pretty ok and out in a timely manner :)
