Just got a pie delivered from the local Domino's, a Domino's that I order from on average a few times a month.For whatever reasons the pie I got after a 45 minute weight was very substandard, including being barely lukewarm and sparse in ingredients (I ordered EXTRA CHEESE and could barely see any cheese)I called to register my concerns. I'm not a complaint or send it back guy, but this pizza was really that bad. After a brief hold, the line picked up, "Thank you for calling Domino's. This is ALEX, how can I help you?"I registered my disdain with ALEX, who apologized then said, "My general Manager was here making pizzas earlier." Not knowing exactly what to take from that comment, I again pleaded with ALEX the horribleness of the pizza that was delivered. Again he offered a weak apology.I responded, "Apologies are great, but what are we going to do about this.""With that attituded, we aren't doing anything."I was incredulous. "Are you kidding me? I asked what we're 'doing about this?'."He said, "Yeah. That's attitude. Have a nice night," and hung up on me.Not sure I could even believer what I just heard, I called back a couple minutes later. This Time ALEX answered but left his name out of the greeting."I know it's you ALEX, and I'm not going to let this lie."To which he responded ,"Why don't you come down and..." Catching himself mid-threat he then finished, "have a nice night," and hung up on me again.Maybe ALEX is a product of the recent staffing shortage. Maybe ALEX is a brain-dead idiot who doesn't know how to give good customer service. More than likely, ALEX is just a self-important jerk who thinks he's above it all.No matter which, this Domino's just lost a customer. PizzaVola is just right down the street and WAAAAAY better.Finish your threat, ALEX!
Pizza was hot and ready when we arrived. We usually always get good service at this Domino's
Tasty pie. Right on my scheduled pick up time. Could have used more sauce. Especially since I added it.
My family and I were staying at a hotel and I ordered online, pizza was great! but what made it even better is that they took the time out to bring paper plates and napkins.

Sometimes they forget the correct sauce and under cook the dough but over all they are quick and friendly
Any issues have always been resolved before I knew they were issues. Staff is always great and the surprise bonuses always make my family thrilled.
People were friendly and service was quick and the bacon pizza was excellent.
Located in a rundown area and even Domino's being a national chain, every Domino's has a unique taste. The pizza was quite dry and the garlic bread sticks were quite oily. This is an option which I would probably consider only if no other options were available.
Easily the best Domino's I've ever encountered. Never had any problems at this location. Fast, efficient, and always friendly.
