As always going through the drive through, i put my order in,she asked if that will be all i said yes,she repeated here self 3 time ,i told i said that was it waiting for my total on my order, she got short and sarcastic with me,when i came around to pickup my food,they did not think i heard her, she refused to take my money or hand me my food, im disappointed in this time in age it came to color of the skin,its been few months i never went back,i did let everyone i touched know about my experience.
My kid favorite chicken so of course he would want zaxbys I wish I would’ve gone somewhere else I think this is def the worse fast food id ever had was def not fresh tasted reheated and nasty.

I understand the lobby closes early for the holidays but the sign says 6pm not 5:50pm. A child had to use the bathroom and I had an order to pick up. No one would even acknowledge the child having to use the restroom.
Friendly staff! Food was delicious as always and nice and hot! Store was clean and the bathrooms were very well maintained!
Missing ingredients. Staff did not bothwr to tell me they were out of certain things. But still sold the itwm. For example Cobb and blue cheese salads with no blue cheese. Duh.

They forgot the bread to my nieces kiddie nibbler.. which is a sandwich?? I asked for a ramakin of extra seasoning and i didnt get that either.. ive been going here for the longest and im disappointed about how it just keeps getting worse and worse
