The Wendy’s is never opened or closed at the times stated. Ex. They say they open @7 a, I arrive by 9a and they’re still closed. I’ve made orders for my breakfast only to arrive and there’s no one at the store or at least no one working who can pass me off my food or at least tell someone’s alive in there. Never coming back to this location again. Better off going to the winter garden location since Clermont clearly can’t get anyone here on time.
If you're talking about Wendy's in Groveland, never at any time of day don't eat there. They either have sorry cold food or like tonight at around 10:03 PM they don't even have the drink you ask for.The Clermont Wendy's between 10:30 and 11:00 PM, they have your drink, hot food & good service.
Not happy at all... $5 bag everything was cold, nuggets were hard. Ordered a Dave's double which was cold also and chili cheese fries were mushy very little cheese. Also ordered a chicken avocado salad, the lettuce was wilted and soggy the avocado was very brown almost black. We were extremely upset. I didn't bring the food back b/c of physical issues it's difficult for me to get around.
It's 10:15am and breakfast sounds good. We pull up to drive thru to be answered with, HOLD. No please. We waited for ten minutes and said hello. She came back and said, I Said Hold. Very rude. She came back on mic after 5 minutes and was ready for order I guess. We started to order breakfast as the menu was still up for breakfast. She proceeded to tell she we are only doing lunch. We left and won't be back.
Big sign out front says dining room opens at 7 am. Sign on the entrance door says the dining room opens at 9 am. Take down the big sign please. Went back and door was still locked at 9. Lost our business.
Been to this Wendy’s often before years ago. Father moved to new area so this is the closest Wendy’s we have and I was overjoyed deeming the familiar location. We made a mobile order in which we selected the option of carry out…so we were surprised when we were met with a locked door, it’s whatever like we get things are different nowadays but you lock the doors, you tell corporate to take carry out option on the app off of your location. We had a wonderful employee come over and tell us they only do drive through, we explained the carry out thing and we’re walking towards the car again but he stopped and said lemme just grab it for you. Unfortunately the order brought out was incorrect, so they had to go back in and get the correct order, in which they did indeed get it correct but one little detail of the 4 for 4. They forgot the jr bacon cheeseburger. We said whatever and just hopped in the drive through line, told them our situation and they were happy to give us the burger, but they also didn’t turn the drive through intercom off so we could hear their verbal complaints about the situation as well, and when I was given the burger it was very rudely handed and not a single word was exchanged when I was apologizing for something that wasn’t even our fault in the first place. Drive home and the burger that said no onions or pickles indeed had onions and pickles and the 4 for 4 nuggets were not even spicy . Will not be going back to this one…only one staff member was really helping and didn’t seem like we were the devil when we just wanted our food that we payed for. Their regular nuggets were pretty good not gonna lie tho. End rant
10 15 minutes for them to get ready with no cars in the drive through and no dine in and I saw 4 employees this place is ridiculous and always giving one sauce for 6 pieces nuggets again I dont recommend this Wendy's
Decided to get some breakfast at Wendy's this morning. The manager Tamika helped us with our order. She was very friendly and helped us with ordering since it's was our first time ordering breakfast. She def made our morning with a smile!!
The burger was dry and the fries were cold. The tea taste terrible. Will not be going back.
Went to the Wendy’s on NYE at 7Pm to grab food and their holiday hours said they were open till 10 but no one would answer in the drive thru. When on the phone they said they closed at 6.
